adding a negative number is just the same as subtracting a positive number. same difference

A + B is ADD think of B as being + B giving you 'plus plus' = ADD A - B is SUBTRACT think of B as being + B giving you 'minus plus' = SUBTRACT A - (- B) is ADD you have 'minus minus' = ADD A + (- B) is SUBTRACT you have 'plus minus' =SUBTRACT If the signs are the same it's ADD if the signs are different it's SUBTRACT

Ok, We are done with your vague terminology. Learn how to use parenthesis. There is NO VALUE (maybe one time value) in posting gibberish expressions when you can make order of operations clear. Ok? OKAY?
