Joel, All three of these units are great buys for the Golden Zone! I just purchased a pre-sale in the Naarena development on Oceano Pacifico (a few blocks north and west) in April. I'm looking forward to retiring there this winter. Maybe we'll cross paths in Bucerias someday 🌴
All the units look great, sometimes the market is just weird. That unit at Cuatro Estaciones is great. The master bedrooms in Zona Dorada look like you could ditch a bed and put a good sized workstation in there.
