I'm a welder and just got these because of you bud and wow!!!! Of course I can hear the grinding sound but they are very very good as for canceling out the sound. The quality is amazing like you said. Very very happy with these buds. Thank you
My ear canals are quite large (medium to larger ear tips) plus my ears are big. That being said they fit great. As for the bass I found them to be great. But I'm not some looking for heavy hitting bass.
I’m a welder as well. I’m really considering getting these after watching this. With how dirty us welders can get, it’s best to get the cheaper ear buds possible lol
Not a bad set of buds for the price... I was going to choose a set of Samsung FE for closer to $100 when I saw these at $45... I think I would've paid too much for the Sammys, in my opinion! These sound very good!
JBL vibe beam TWS,32 HR playtime ,IP54, Smart ambient and talk thuru mode Bluetooth ear buds ---- how was the quality of noise cancellation, audio quality and quality of the product , it is worthable for our money??
Yes, for sub $50 earbuds, you're getting a lot. Fantastic drivers with good bass (7/10), and you get app support now. As for noise canceling, these don't have it. But they do have talk thuru. And it works pretty well. But at the end of the day, for $50 or sometimes $39, these earbuds will make you happy you bought them. 👍😁
Thanks for the video. Got the Vibe Beams just today. I must say the sound is very, very bad. Zero bass, not to mention a deep bass. The equalizer settings didn't show any improvement. Is there any additional sound adjustment I missed? Thanks!
Hello, I have a question. If you leave the headphones and the box fully charged and do not use them, do they lose their charge? For example, if I leave it fully charged and use it next week or 1 month later, will it run out of battery?
Do these get uncomfortable after wearing for a hourish? I’ve never had anything other than AirPods (which just broke).. so I’m nervous to try a new pair
I bought these earbuds when they first came out. They're awesome for $50 and even better when they go on sale for $40. I have a feeling the Vibe line up will keep improving with every generation. The original Vibe 200 were super basic but the Vibe Beam are an improvement in every way.
@@AtHomewithLucas wonder which ones? I just got the new Tune Buds because of the recent half off sale. Those have been awesome as well. Although they don't stay in the ear as good as these do.
I love these earbuds! Perfect for loud working environments. Sound quality is spectacular. Great battery life. But the only downside is they pick up a lot of surrounding noise while you’re on a phone call. Other than that 10/10 would recommend! Only $40 after taxes! *(without warranty)*
I just got mine today, man these buds are beast in Every aspect, I can say I prefer it to apple AirPod 2 cause it can give you all features with such great price, from Canada 🇨🇦…thank you for this video, you got a subscriber
great review! but since I use buds 98% for video the lip sync fail won't be good at all. are there any good inexpensive stem buds with easy controls that you'd suggest for video?
Just ordered these yesterday due to the early black friday deal for 30$. Cant wait to try them today when they get here from Amazon! I wonder if they work with the ps5 and switch lite 🤔
@@AtHomewithLucas So far their amazing 👏 got my ears ringing their that loud lol But yea they only work with my Switch Lite. The PS5 doesnt support these sadly. Gotta get me some gaming earbuds I guess 🤷
same bro I just ordered mine on amazon for $29.95 (guessing the same one as you). Apple airpods dont fit me, my old galaxy s10 earbuds batteries are shot. Hopefully I can use these at the gym and they will stay in
So I just bought these yesterday at Best Buy (Southern Cali) for about $40 + tax. At that price point I was not expecting much. Wow... highly recommend getting 'em. I'm a studio sound eng. and I can be a bit demanding of my audio products. I was so impressed I bought a second pair for my daughter. Buy 'em. You willnot be waisting your $. Good review, btw.
That's funny I just flew into SFO yesterday lol staying in Northern California for a week. Yes you got a great pair of earbuds for that price. Jbl know how to build earbuds for a budget without making junk lol.
Lol bought this a few days ago and listening to this with them I’m hearing I bought them because mine other bud don’t play for more the 4 hours these last all day long
They are a nightmare pulling them out of the case, putting them into the case because of the inability to grip them properly unless you have long nails. As for sound, they are above average. Battery life is above. average.
I found these on sale for 29.99 at best buy after I washed my AirPods for the price not bad at all I haven’t even had them for a week still testing them out at work
@@tothemoon9290 nope they work most of the time they’re spotty for phone calls sometimes the audio doesn’t sink up between headphones and the S M L soft tips never actually made the same fit as AirPods so the fall out often
@@tothemoon9290 anything is better than airpods, i have some and i use them because they are so easy to use put away etc but when i want to actually listen to my music i use my jbl anc earbuds. these have to be better than airpods
I just got these today. I saw the reviews online and they seemed like they're likeable. I have some Beats but these will be going with me to my job site. Ill give it a small brief review in this comment section in about a month.
@@tyreesea.dunbar5443 I got them. They’re good for the price I got them for ($20), I just hate how in order to turn them on, you have to put them back into the charger; & to turn off, you can only use the app, or simply put them back into the charger, as well. I’d advise always having the charger around, if you like to turn them on/off, often. Battery & sound, is really good though.
Ooh, just discovered - When you use a single bud, it goes into Mono mode and you lose EQ and Smart Audio/Video. HOWEVER… If you manually set the Smart Audio/Video to Video Mode (and your EQ, for that matter) then when you put a bud back and use Mono Mode, it will maintain whatever previous options you set. You just cannot CHANGE those options on the fly. Latency is still somewhat noticeable, but it’s similar to what you’d see from a cheap/old optical cable, instead of being a full half second late. So maybe give that a shot and maybe throw an updated annotation in the video or description for your video latency section :)
So, in all my testing of earbuds that are shaped like these, I've found they lock in the ear tight. If your ears are big like mine, then you should be fine. 👍🙂
@@AtHomewithLucas thank u, Again, what if u are playing music and u start talking to someone near u physically?does music reduce volume or paused automatically when using these buds? Thank u
Hi pal, thanks for the in depth review, one question though. I understand you cannot watch TV through the earbuds, however how will watching videos/movies fair on phones, because from everything I've seen, I wanna grab them but the video lipsync is a bit of a deal breaker as I can't afford the tune/live series.
Just got mine while i was waiting for the puppy to get done w/grooming at petsmart next door to bestbuy. Anyways, im very impressed with the sound and features for the $50 price
Great review! I personally have one complaint. I have large fingers and thumbs and found it very difficult to remove the Beams from the case. Anyone else have this problem? Other than that great buds or (Beams) for the price.
Yeah, I've been talking about ease of removal from the case for years. Some earbuds stick out or the case more or have more to grip, so they come out super easy.
If you pair JBL earbuds with anything other than a phone, the lip-sync is way off. Tried it on my projector, tv and chromebook. I'm not sure how they can't make their earbuds sync up perfectly like others do.
Great question so the Tune beams are better versions of the Vibe beam. Better sound quality, noise canceling and 4 microphones (instead of 2) also the materials of the Tune beams will be more premium. Hope that helps. 😁
@@AtHomewithLucas I have a crappy Samsung but that shouldn't matter. Honestly you shouldn't have to be a studio engineer to make headphones sound correct lol. If you like them that's cool I wish I could say the same.
Just curious, what were your expectations for a pair of $40 WIRELESS EAR BUDS WITH A CHARGING CASE?? I ask because I’m sure most people who are even looking at these just want a decent pair of cheap earbuds for regular life stuff, not to produce beats and DJ on the weekends. Except you apparently 😂😂
@@isstrip1002 I expected them to at least sound as good as my old wired iPod headphones. Also it's cool that the app has an equalizer but preset eq settings don't sound right in my opinion. I realize I should have spent more now but they were on sale and the guy at best buy said they were good.
@@AtHomewithLucasI came back to say I was wrong after getting a new phone they sound way better. They still are not amazing but much better. I had no idea that was possible.
I had jbl tune 110bt for years. I really liked the sound and the bass for music. According to this, do you suggest vibe beam? Do these can give me a good experience? And between vibe beam and tune beam, which one do you suggest? Is there a big difference between them in sound quality?
Yes, I think the Vibe beam will be a perfect match for you coming from the 110bt...as for the difference between the two, it's just look and fit in the ear they both sound similar.
I’ve run into issues with them falling out of my ears when I’m chewing. Others than that, they don’t fall out any more often than any other high end pods/buds I’ve used. Also, when pushing them back in my ear, the play/stop button always gets pressed accidentally. To be fair, I do have pretty small ear holes. 11:56
It's unbelievable that I found almost a dozen videos about this yet not one single person demonstrates how to turn it on or pair it etc. This guy also constantly mumbles about glossiness or whatever completely useless stuff instead of demonstrating how to actually fxking use the god damn thing.
Thanks for sharing that with me. I'm just trying to make my videos better and more watchable. I have since adjusted the animation after a few said it was annoying.
Yeah, I learned a long time ago that every interaction on RU-vid is a positive one. Even the most rude of people can teach you something (mainly on how to respond to them, lol) 😊 I am happy you found my review useful 😊
For listening mostly to jazz, I want to choose headphones that have a more natural sound profile. Which one's sound profile suits me better? jbl vibe beam or jbl vibe buds ?
