Hello, I have my own business as a videographer in the USA and am a citizen. Can I hire a DACA recipient under a EB3 visa or H1 for permanent full time work? This would be considered unskilled labor since i dont require my employees to have a degree.

A company in the United States started an EB3 visa application on my behalf with PWD on 04/01/2022 and a determination was issued on 06/22/2023, and the advert of two Sunday weekend newspapers and recruitment was done. Currently filed for a perm labor certification on my behalf on 09/21/2023 and I learned that the total eb3 application takes a maximum of 3 years. In this case, I want to know does it includes the period of PWD, and if yes then how long mine going to take for it to be approved? Thank you!
