Guru ji dead lift me mai apni lower back 2 baar injured kr chuka hu. Dono he tym weight 20 kg tha. Injury aisi hui ki kafi din tk utha bhi ni gya. Warmup b ache se kiya tha. Plz guide

Sir deadlift karta tha pehle magar..ab lower back pain boht badh gaya to mahine bhar se to mene gym hana hi chhod diya ..lower back issue se related advice mil sakti h kya
