Because kids love burgers, I wanted to make some but with a twist. The pulled pork here uses celery and I like to think it makes it really nice :-)
Of course you don't need to make a burger and you can use it as a meal prep too. Give it a try!

Ingredients (for 5 to 6 people) :
- 1 to 1.2kg pork shoulder
- a dash of pepper and salt
- 1 tbsp onion powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- a little bit of chili
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves
- 100g celery leaves
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 200ml water (maybe 120ml is enough)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
