1 Tbsp Garlic minced

We just did a Mother's Day bbq at the lake and I made this for the 1st time using your recipe. Only thing I can say is, OMG. I did 3lbs of penne noodles and I triple the ingredients. When we left there was no more rasta pasta, lol. Even when it got cold it was still good. Thanks for sharing this recipe, the family and I really appreciate it.

Thanks robydean7 check out my last upload. Which is the oxtail video. So complementary with rasta pasta. I cooked the oxtails in a dutch oven and it only took 2 hours at 400F. And yes the oxtails were falling off the bone tender. Lol😂

It’s sofrito! It’s a Latin/Caribbean seasoning/marinade. Latinos put it in stews and rice and seafood situations. So good! If you know any Latin Caribbeans ask them where they get their sofrito... usually someone’s aunt or grandma batches it lol.
