I have so much to say but maybe space is limited. 1. LOVE that you were on for finale. 2. I am a mental health therapist- specializing in grief, trauma, and women empowerment. 3. I found out my ex was living a double life after 7 years. I felt destroyed, but also had the mindset to act quickly. Good for you. 💜 4. So normal to look inward and feel humiliated and more. The one big thing to grasp is “ahh, I’m not to blame. I loved well. But why didn’t I see it? Oh, because even though I’m an intelligent human, he was just very seasoned in his double life activities and that has NO reflection on, or of me” 👏🏼 5. Wow, there’s no limit of characters here? So I can keep writing? Ok! 6. The road to healing requires patience. Give yourself that permission. 💜 7. Lastly, yes! I would love to see recaps of Love is Blind. I can see similar quirkiness that you’d put out on recaps of those!!! As much as I love your skin and stuff, the world is showing their get ready with me and skin care routines….ugh. No more! Just put vitamin E and vitamin C oil on and call it a day! 😂😂😂😂 Much love and healing sent to you as this can be very triggering along the way. Whit, hoping you are ok as well. I would love to see your take on Love Is Blind! And I’m so sorry, Ry. It’s really hard to identify a malignant narcissist early in a relationship. They know what to say and how to say it to gain your trust. It’s not your fault. We can’t hire private detectives to research all of our relationships! Sending you so much love!

Ry, thank you so much for sharing your story. I myself am recovering from a breakup. I, too, sometimes felt humiliated, but then I realized that I should not let someone who isn’t worth my love make me forget how much I am worth. I've been doing things that are good for me and I feel like I have seen the light at the end of the tunnel. I know you can, too.

Im not one who usually comments, but I watch y'alls recaps religiously and admire you both so much for your wit, humor, and kindness that shines through. Ryan, you are literally stunning, both inside and out, and I am so glad that you know that his actions and treatment of you are totally independent of you! I am sorry for the pain you are going through, though in the long term Im not worried about you at all; you are an absolute catch and you have left yourself open to the possibility of someone great arriving. Very hard to hear that someone hurt and betrayed you. It reflects on him NOT you! This will take time to grieve so please give yourself the time to do so. You are worth so much more. I can totally relate to you Ry. I was with somebody years ago, living a double life, too. All along I was the supportive spouse only to find myself homeless and penniless. It’s not your fault. There are some evil people out there, and it is easy to get manipulated when you love with all of your whole heart, it will heal, and so will you, thanks for being vulnerable. I’m glad you both are back.

You're sure right Ry. Love is a gift, a most beautiful gift that we should never be ashamed, or embarrassed for giving. You did absolutely nothing wrong! The person who took advantage of the pure gift of love from a women and her child has to live with their deceit. Your strength for your child and yourself will carry you through and will allow you to help many others due to the unfortunate pain you suffered. I'm very sorry you had to go through this and am so happy you are now healing! I honestly didn't mean to ramble but I went through something kind of similar. Now I am with the most wonderful, strong, loyal, honest man who's also soooo handsome-bonus! My son and daughter couldn't be any happier for me... You will be fine and will find happiness!
