Min NY hamesha sunscreen use ki h, and also I reapply it . I don't use those skin care products where I found fragrance. Im using Double cleansing method , and I always use retinol at night.( One or twice in a week) in starting I just use one drop of it.

Hello your videos are amazing, full of info, well I just wanted to ask u that I start using tretinoin skin A, in September 2021, first I started once a week, then twice. Now I'm using alternate night and also using skinoren(azelaic acid). Also using neutrogena ultra sheer spf 50 sunblock, but still feeling some texture n dark spots on my face. My age is 41.. Can u please tell me that I'm on my right track?

My dermatologist prescribed me Retin A for cystic acne.no doubt its very efective treatment but u cant use it without prescription as its really harsh can burn your skin. U can use only pea size amount for full face . Use it with good amount of moisturizer as it will peel ur skin so u need to moisturize and sunscreen is must. One more thing never exfoliat if u are using retin A or Retinoids. Plz consult dermatologist before using Retin A or adaplene.

@Muskan Sarwar sunscreen is v v v v v important on it's own, after using retinol/ tretinoin, your skin will be extremely sensitive to sun. If you won't wear sunscreen, bohot issue ho ga.

moisturizer phir vitamin A cream aur phir moisturizer uss ke uparr. at least for the first 6 months. also morning mein nahi use karein aur sunscreen bhi lagayen. varna koi faida nahi hona.

Hey Meenal ! Actually I wanted to know about denovo products , are they really good and safe like other hyped up brands like the ordinary or Inkey ? Do they really stand on what they write on ingredients because it's a Pakistani brand and we don't have much reviews on them.

As I mentioned in the video I have not personally used them but my good friend Dr Ushna (dermatologist) in Lahore vouches for them and I do trust her judgement. She personally uses them as well. Denovo is formulated in Australia instead of locally formulated so I do think it can be trusted. Once I use it personally I can say that with even more confidence.

Some people can tolerate it better than other but a lot of people experience irritation and flaking after a week or two. I would Still recommend to slowly add it your routine because even if you initially feel you can tolerate it, it can suddenly be too much for your skin. Always better to be cautious because fixing problems is more difficult then preventing them. Stick to a few times a week and then eventually aim for everyday. Hope this helps xoxo

Hi , meenal I was using the ordinary retinol 0.2% in squalane . I just noticed that I have some darker tone patch on the side of my nose. As you know retinol is very effective for hyperpigmentation so I decided to continue . But no I stop using it . Because it creat hyperpigmentation on to my skin.
