this build SLAPS. just switched from barrage, now i'm able to clear t5 hordes and T100 NM dungeons much easier at lvl 100 with gear Mw only at 4-6 so far. feel like I can kill tormented bosses soon with this no problem!
I switched my rogue to this build to on Xbox and immediately could handle stuff I’ve been struggling with. 1 shot a t23 pit guardian first test play. Thank you, earned my sub.
I trust you. I did my tornado druid based on your video last season and had a blast. So glad you posted this. Will be playing "freely" until lvl 100 (I'm 81 currently), then switch to this build.
I played with this build for several days. I guess people like Nick Tew are pros for a reason. It was def an upgrade from what i was using. I just cleared a tier 5 horde on my own. This character (the starter build) is way too prone to die. Had to sub out some of the offensive aspects to the dodge chance to fortify and dodge chance to gain health. I die way less now and still doing lots of damage. Fortify is underrated in this game.
This is the closest I’ve came to using a streamer build and it kicks ass. I don’t have a starless skies and I’m using Shroud of Khanduras because the pull while evading is something I’ve gotten too used to having, and it suits my playstyle. I’m working on perfecting my rotation and when I get it the monsters vaporize. I can’t believe how fast a tormented boss goes down and maybe I’ll try for my first ever Echo of Lilith defeat. Awesome build.
First of all, you are the consummate character guide! Sensei… 🙏🏻 I have a thought as a dedicated (since day 1) rogue: The “peeing” moniker is annoying! This build ought to be the “M-80 Snowblower”, or the “Ice Spider”… I’ve been waiting for this build to pay back those friggin’ never miss spiders who lob in from afar! Haha, I do it better spiders!!!!
the build does a hell lot of damage and its super fun against bosses but man.. it so frustrating to play it on hordes (specially on ps5 using controller)
Could we see the Stats and materials list in the future? I'd like to see the total base attack speed %, Crit Damage %, so I can see how I currently compare. Thanks!
I'm using this build and works perfectly but yours as mine can be improved. On amulet we need ranks to friged frinesse,unstable elixir and life all GA if possible. That is gonna boost our damage like crazy.
I'm playing a rouge for the first time and am playing rapid fire. Easy, lots of fun, kills everything but early still. So, lots of learning to do to maximize the build.
@@AceGamerZ227 removed agile and some points in siphoning. Put it in second wind and the lucky hit passive. Did not use might since i have tyraels. So i went a more aggressive setup. Changed ranger glyph to ambush Also im using condemnation and umbracrux. Instead of condemnation + random. So far have been able to carry people doing torm bosses no problem. The problem is doing higher tier hordes efficiently. In which i think a barrage rogue would do better.
Awesome guide! Currently running cold imbued barrage in infernal hordes to level up from the 40's to level 100 and will switch to this build. I may farm tormented zir on my sorc to farm that unique ring first.
I am having trouble with the council at the end of tier 7. When doing ubers it is similar where sometimes they get shredded sooo fast but other times it does no damage. I know it's not random, so I am doing something out of sequence probably. Any tips for fighting the bosses at the end so they die as fast as they do in your video, everytime? Please and thank you
if u want to max out damage, u need to stagger the enemy. Thats when this build truly shines. Besides that you will be most of the time waiting till they are staggered ;-;
Would you not get more damage running a legendary ring instead of the starless skies? It only offers 50% damage when a legendary can roll with damage and crit damage and you can temper more crit damage on it as well
Hey Nick for the sky hunter bow how important is the precision affix? I’m using a non ga bow with 48% precision but found a 375 ga crit damage one but it’s only 24% precision… I’m guessing that it’s better to have high % chance to cast twice and high precision instead of an extra 150 crit damage right?
It depends on how much crit damage you already have, but generally the passive being maxed is more value, kinda depends on the stats on the item as a whole. It's not worth losing 24x and a lower chance to cast twice roll for 150 crit damage, afaik. Also depends on how many trick attacks ranks you have because that makes the crit damage value scale a little weird. I'd prio the passive>CHD>chance, but ideally just get one that is well rounded

thank you for the build. just started D4 just a few weeks ago. do we need dmg%? or focus mainly on crit dmg%? i thought the higher the dmg%, the higher the crit dmg%? do i need to balance both?
bro your build is op, I got lucky and dropped sacred skyhunter + condemnation from the season girl reward, went into the t4 capstone dungeon at level 58 and one shot the boss with 1 rapid fire I love it feels like cheating.
I really love this build, the one thing I am really missing for this build to be a blast to play with is Dash. Is there a way to modify this build to be nearly as strong as it is now but utilizing Dash instead of Caltrops?
Those affixes on your amulet are going to be hard to duplicate. Never seen those all on one piece and rarely even one of them. But, on the bright side, I just did switch to this build since I finally reached lvl 100 last night and I am doing 10X the damage. This build is tough though because of all the buttons you have to push for synergy.
barrage just doesn't cut it for me ... i was puncture/rapidfire/penshot with poison and shadow imbues during season 0, LOVED it. came back for season 4, heartseeker rogue, LOVED it again. gonna give this a spin.
there is something off with this build I played a different RF build and was clearing tier 6 infernal hordes super easy, tried yours now I can barely clear tier 5.. I think I will try and tweak the paragon setup a little to see if that has any impact on how this build fares, I think that the lack of the repaeting aspect might have something to do with the clear speed.
First of all, i love youre work. Than with this build i really strugling in the pits 60+ tiers. And im ok with my gear. I got every unique exept tyraels chest. Damage is great, but i die a lot. You got some tanky version of this build?
Little bitnsquishy indeed for HC but for hc i would put enshrouding to amulet and might aspect to chest if dont have tyraels and its safe to go. Ofc chest with ga life and maybe some res and armor affix. Should work well snd has same amount of dr or even more than tyrael has.
Can someone help me understand the itemization part of the build? on mobalytics there are for some items displayed only the aspects, does that mean it can be any item equipped with that specific aspect?
is cunning strategem paragon better than using tricks of the trade? you only get 1 more arrow (no damage boost), as opposed to a 25%[x] modifier. i currently have both boards going to test.
I'm following this build and I am currently clearing mid 90's pits and I dont even have any of the mythics yet. I feel its pretty good. I also just killed lilliath solo for the first time finally :)
Hey NickTew! I was wondering if the HC is worth using as a helm. It’s the only mythic I have so far? It seems like it hits harder, but I was curious about your thought on it
hmm ran this build with the full unique's etc and can't even beat a t5 infernal take way too much dmg, have all the items of uber unique variant too???
What is giving you the extra projectiles like when you have the artillery shrine affect? I've seen this on several rogue builds, but no explanation on what is giving this.
Trying this build for couple days and I can say it's great for your fist unique farming. Can clear T108 and T7 efficiently without any mythics, but cannot go on to T8 without Mythic version I guess. However one thing I wonder, what is the reason for Deadl Ambush paragon? We are not using traps or no skills are considered as traps with these aspects if i'm not mistaken. Does it affect boss damage multipler when they are dazed?

Can you please clarify how you are activating dark shroud for the uber build? Umbrous is not slotted on your uber build, yet you have 5 points in dark shroud.
@@solido888 I changed the pants aspect to the umbrous, also i have harlequin crest so i have the 20% reduction on helmet but anyways dark shroud gives you more dmg reduction
@@joseplajara2235 Yes, I also switched the aspect of might to umbrous on the pants and this substantially helped my survivability. Just curious if I was missing something in the build, or if this was simply an oversight. Build is a lot of fun, and a lot stronger than the heartseeker build I had been running.
Couldn't clear infernal council at t8 with this build with all ubers - you are doing zero dmg to bosses outside staggered status and they become practically immune to stagger after 3 times you stagger them. If you want real endgame build for rogue - there is no options rather than poison andariel
If u get dmg reduction from different sources like a bunch of different 20% values it will have diminishing returns as in it will never reach 100%, but if u manage to get 100% dr from a single source like 40 ranks in 1 passive skill you can reach the cap of 100% and be immortal.
Too much RNG on the loot rolls for this build. Andarials Visage with Umbracrux is top tier. Add Tyraels Might and Starless skies and its over the top. Nice build though.
Why not use crown of of Lucion? Feels like an easier alternative than investing so much in cowl of the nameless. What are your thoughts on sanctums version using poison imbue instead for the uptime?
man i cant find the Umbrous Aspect its so hard… I salvage every unique and legendary items and i get every aspect except the Umbrous. Am i doing wrong something ?
