I noticed right before you installed the mother board you left 3 pieces of tape bottom left and upper right. Please correct if am wrong

Seriously why the overkill, which can only end in additional mistakes or damage?. Just remove the front screen and clean up old glue first, cut the old ribbon LCD connector wire. Then open the back plate, leave the fingerprint sensor on just unplug it. Then remove the 3 middle screws closest to you, next to the battery, lift the black antenna flap cover up, pop the plastic cover that had the screws on it and voila! remove the old LDC mobo connector. Remove the plastic from new LCD place new LCD into place making sure the LCD ribbon connector passes through to the other side. Once aligned press down the new LCD screen turn the phone around connect LCD to mobo. Close the mobo cover with 3 screws, flatten the antenna cover and carefully replace back plate cover reconnecting the finger print sensor by pressing down with tool. DONE! 6 steps and 3 screws! I can only imagine you make it THAT complicated just to discourage people from fixing it while looking like you have no agenda lol... Just $40? not for all that work! Too bad I am a tech... If you learned anything from me today then you are welcome. Remember you only need to remove 3 screws, the ones next to the batt around the middle, facing you they are placed in a triangle order. THAT'S IT. Leave all sensors alone as all that can accomplish is risk of damage.
