Some time ago for me the FOTP was also one of my favorite ship until I opened and 5 stared Millennium Falcon. Still have Rey at only g10 but it's incredibly fun to use as my last reinforcement, because everything in the fight already solved at that point. MF have very high textures and looks outstanding even though I'm not fan of old Star Wars movies. Thank you Warrior for your as always high quality videos! Your advices pretty often helps to resolve doubtful decisions.

Thanks for the video! I might try this team out just to switch it up a bit. What I can say is this team seems to rely less on RNG than my current setup does but it’s also a LOT slower than my team to pick opponents apart. I rarely get Chimaera to do both it’s specials

Tie Reaper was and still is my dream ship to have. I love death trooper and Shore's kit's, and Reaper's is just as amazing. Just wish I was a little more late game and could 3* 9-B ls :/ But Congrats on getting it warrior!
Warrior Presents no joke instantly improved my offense and defense. Much tougher team to beat now. My front line is X1 Biggs FOTP Cassian Reaper. Works very well. Thanks again

I usually finish top 5 on my shard with my lineup of Galactic Republic ships with a mix of some Rebels, with the Endurance at the helm. I love the synergy with my Fives and Clone Trooper as damage tanks, Rex's Arc and Jedi Consular as my protection healers, and swap around my taunts with the Endurance. I also have Biggs in my starting lineup. I treat my bench like a baseball team would... with specialists and a closer. I have Tano's Jedi Starfighter for when I need to remove an annoying retribution or taunt, Poe for when I have a Tie Fighter who keeps dodging ( his damage ability is an instant crit and non evadeable against targets with no protection ), and Wedge as my closer for when need a big DPS punch to turn the tide in my favor or finish off the other fleet.
When you upgraded Shoretrooper to G12, the speed of the tie reaper stayed at 147. Do you need pieces of gear on your character that give speed in order to get the speed increase on your ship?
If you get FOTP and TFP max gear(armatek), then swap Biggs for Bistan's u-wing, you can have 3 of their ships dead before they even move. Lots of fun and nice to finally retire Biggs.
Would you consider making videos about the most ideal line up for each capital ship? Of course their arent going to be major changes but as we all know with ships its in the details. I would like to see what other line ups work wonders.

Question is: why would shore trooper be necessary for a ship? Surely he's fighting......on the shore!!!!!? not flying a fighter!! Just throwing this out there.
Please make a "how to counter Chimaera" video, it's very warranted, the ship is no CLS in terms of fleet, but it's still a clear cut above the rest, most of the time, I hate pigeonhole metas. Well, Tarkin's ship is much faster than Thrawn's, if you can always go first with the imperial assault and it kills at least one ship and you have the Reaper active, it's even that more relevant to delay Thraw's ultimate. However, the other 2 capital leads should have more ways to counter the Chimaera.
I run Chimaera With: Vader, TIE fighter, Reaper, Umbaran, Biggs. backup is Scimitar, Boba, Cassian. I will be swapping to Vader, TIE fighter, Reaper, Gauntlet , Biggs. backup : maul, umbaran, boba.
I'd like to add I'm the only person with chimaera on my shard...and it is 6*...also been holding 1st place everyday with little effort, I usually have 3 or 4 battles left everyday :) Also, Gauntlet in starting lineup could make your reaper last a bit longer with his passive to defense on empire allies. I just need to farm up the pilots before I make the swap You also forgot to mention that FOTP is the easily the quickest hero in the game to gear up.
Definitely a solid looking team but until I see a reason to change, I'm going to continue using my Republic team. After all, I don't yet have the resources or characters to make the push to break the top ten. In fact, whenever I want to focus my time on the ship arena, then my team is powerful enough to break top 20.
I've been running Ghost and Phantom II. What's your take on the combo? I admit I'm mostly using them because I love the show, but I've been digging them. If it matters, my starting line-up is Ghost, Phantom II, TIE Advanced, Slave 1 and Biggs with Umbaran, Scimitar and Wedge in back-up (in that order, I put Umbaran in front of Scimitar so the latter has a tanky target to hit if Biggs and Slave 1 get too damaged).
+TheGreatHamEl oh all of the Rebel ships are phenomenal and they work very very well even on offense. The problem is people see those ships and want to play against them since they never see those ships out which makes you a Target
I never see anybody running the Ghost + Phantom combo, actually. They usually run one or both of the U Wings and/or Consular. I'm not top tier but I hover around the bottom of the top 20 on my server.
Warrior, great vid just got started into ships and thanks to you I'm already kicking was. Can you please make two vids on best f2p empire and first order characters please. Now that TW is focusing on the dark side I could use some suggestions. Also can you put a link to your list plz?
Not many people have it yet because it was never in a pack and unlocks at 80 instead of 50 but I imagine it wouldn't work as well in this lineup For beating the shoretrooper node my advice would be find someone who has a gear 12 well modded commander luke and bring him in as your ally. I did that and was able to 3 star it with a team that hardly scraped a win previously he can carry most teams through it
I did that but still only beat the node at 1* (i have 3 allies with a g12 CLS). Falcon was only because i have the pilots (and Falcon at 51 shards, not far to go) and with this node at 1* farming is not a good idea.

Hey Warrior, which one would you think it's better for my back up team, sun fac's or genosian soldier's ship?? I'm currently using: the 3 TIE ships, biggs and unbaran; For back up: slave 1 and scimitar.
nice video warrior. didnt know that about the FO tie fighter... time to finish farming it... what are your thoughts on teh phx ships? i use those ships w/the chimaera cause i have my phx high gear
+rickyc1983 they're excellent ships the problem is it makes you a Target because people like to fight things that are different than their own and hardly anyone uses them
Insightful. Getting the rebels and gauntlet is difficult as an f2p. My fleet arena is pretty quiet during my payout so I might just get away with executrix. I agree on the starting 5. But since the 3 multi crew ships are tough to get what would you use in reinforcments if you were strapped for resources? Fives schimitar boba wedge? Also might just start getting the 2 rogue one ships since they help getting chimaera but seems like at least 3 months till i can get them arena ready.
Hello mate. Thank you for this and the roster reviews. I follow the reviews very closely. Your advice helped me pull off my fleet rank from sub 300 to top 20 in 5 weeks. Did it as an f2p. The tb release helped a lot as people are busy gearing toons for it. But nonetheless still feels great getting those extra crystals.
Does someone know if Mace's damage immunity ultimate can cancel Thrawn "instantly defeat one ship"? I feel that it should, it already stop anything except dispells.
How about the "enemy ships take damage equal to x health"? If that also works, I'm yet again one inch closer to quitting the game. Also, I think I can counter anything this lineup has to offer by slotting in Poe's X-Wing in the opening 5.
