Best Simple Jerky Slicer review 

how did you get the meat to the right thickness before using this machine?

Could this be used to make salmon jerky?

I got this slicer for Christmas but was wondering if 3/8” thickness is optimal? Looking online seems like between 1/8” and 1/4” thickness is optimal. From what I can tell this slicer only slices at 3/8” unless it adjusts and I haven’t realized it. You clearly like it so I’m assuming 3/8” thickness is good as well? Thanks I’m a newbie to all this.

What kind of dehydrater is that friend??? Is that big one from cabelas for around $500 ??

I just bought this slicer and it's not cutting all the way through. Any suggestions? I've tried cutting the steaks thinner but it just comes out like an accordion
