Sorrel and pineapple drink
Sorrel 2 pack 100g
1 pineapple
1 Tsp cloves whole
Lots of ginger
6 cup water
1 cup sugar
Cook for 25 minutes

I was in a car wreck 2 years ago. And would make this as a hot tea w/o the pineapple. And it was so delicious. But it also aided in my recovery from my head injury my migraines subsided tremendously. My neurologist said it was because of the ginger!

How long do you wash the sorrel for? Will it not bleed?

I didn’t wash it for long,for around 2 minutes cause it’s been imported so it need to was good. It was red but not too much!

Looks good and delicious. It's different though, I thought you boil ginger then add Sorrell and 'draw/seep'. I think I prefer your way though. I will try it!

alright dried hibiscus flowers are NOT sorrel. Sorrel is a lemony, green lives, looking like spinach. you can google "sorrel" and see what it is. i am sure this recipe makes a wonderful tea, but it should be called "hibiscus-ginger tea"

@@jodycookingg alright then, they use the wrong name for the plant product, and you picked it up. that is cool and common for kids to do. what you make is thedried hibiscus flowers and no real sorrel. i suppose it is the brand name for the dried hibiscus flowers they sell that continues confusing people. cool. Real sorrel is a lemony flavor, green leaves like spinach. may I suggest you call it "hibiscus flower tea" which is correct and attractive in its own right, instead of the misleading "sorrel"?

Josephine Joseph Zobo is also Know as Sorrel,in the Caribbean we called it Sorrel but in places like Ghana,Nigerian they called it Zobo but it all came from the same tree👌🏾
