FYI viewers...the algorithm likes interaction....so when you see things you like mass click the like button....but the algorithm LOVES when you watch the entire thing from start to finish....also buy the merch ;) "Camping and Cooking with Jocelyn" just put "feat. Taku" at the end of each title ;) interesting about the rooftop tent....you could also use a blow up sleeping pad like for camping if it gets really cold....

@@OutdoorChefLife what kind of foam is it? memory foam? can you replace it with memory foam? a thicker one that might take 4-6 hours to get "ready" for sleeping each time you set it up.....

This is the way. After someone else mentioned this on another video I saw, I always hit the like button, watch the whole thing and never skips ads. I do this for Outdoor Chef Life, Fisherman's Life, Philosophy D, More Than Fishing, Die Hard Fishing and Ish with Fish. They're providing great content, so I do my part to support it.

Caldo isn't necessarily just seafood soup, it's just a word for soup or broth, you can use chicken, beef, pork, just about anything

That buggy mushie next to the Amanitas was a Suillus of some kind! The underside of the cap is more airy and honey-combed structured than typical Boletus, which are usually super-tiny-pin-hole looking. There are plenty of edible species of Suillus out there! I wish there were some less frost-damaged fungi up around here-- I'm jealous!

I have a 2007 Yukon Denali.. Best car ever! We take out the back and middle seats. Really comfortable when out and about. A lot of storage.

Hey Taku, To avoid bringing your shoes in, just tie a rope to one of the poles inside so that you can hang a small draw string bag outside to put your shoes in.

For the roof top tent you can always get the “annex” part that attaches to the roof rack and has a floor, a zip door and it makes a dry place to climb up and down the ladder and store stuff
