Very beautiful. My first thought was: New builds. Amongst mountains. Can't imagine the kind of critters one would find in their homes.

@@Elham68 Great point. Little critters here and there but those views and location are so worth it. This subdivision is like NOT living in the city but living in a city. Would these homes appeal to you?

Those are great homes as well. I honestly don’t think you can wrong with new construction in Laveen, Arizona right just because of all the new stores coming in and also that awesome freeway. Did you buy at Taylor Morrison already? If you are considering on purchasing we would love to assist you in anyway possible if you need help. Just let us know. Laveen has been blowing up as a city and it will only get better in the future as well. ~Victor~

I’m thinking of moving over there this summer as well, and wondering about the wildlife issues there being up against the mountain and being a new construction ppl are saying that’s a perfect breed for scorpions and lots of issues? What do you think. Btw I love Laveen, such a great community

@@washingtoncareacademy4317 When new construction is being built critters show up because of the dirt being tiled/moved/dug-up. Scorpions are everywhere. We are a desert. They can be controlled though and pushed away. Nothing really to worry about to much as we live by a Mountain as well and love the views. Coyotes and Javelina you will see as well. Rattle snakes on your hikes as well when it warms up. I live it out here and love it. We all just to be aware & that we are moving into their habitat and their homes. These homes started in the 400k range and are now near 700k---really disheartening

@@VictorHuertaPhoenixRealtor Because I'm relocating to AZ, this is the only community I have found that fits my modern aesthetics. I just can't wrap my head around buying a home for 700k+ when I KNOW they were only 400-500k a year or two ago. My mind will fight me on it.
