Why are you using schematica for a cube?

Just create a 5x5 square on the ground, fill it with water, build up 30~ blocks, inside it place fence gates in the center of the water (but still high enough the lowest spiders will die without water), place the minions on top of the fence gates, open the gates, and the spiders will drop into the water. Place a gap in the wall so you can kill the spiders with a Looting III Sword. Create a hopper system on the floor where the water is sitting so the spider drops fall into the hoppers. When you are afk, just remove the water.
