I was moved by how you rekindled the spiritual fire within you ( rekindled because spirituality is always with a soul but our consciousness level makes it dormant). I humbly recommend to read Chaitanya Charan Das's books. He is a monk practising spirituality for more than about 20 years. He connects science and spirituality in an amazing manner. He has a series called The Spiritual Scientist and I am damn sure you will love it as a person having scientific approach.

I'll suggest 'Rituals of Happy Souls' by Deepanshu Giri. He claims it isn't a spiritual book but small changes you make in your routine and they work wonders. For people who want to make small shifts to prepare for big shifts.

Joe Dispenza’s theory is a proof that science is finally catching up with whats already been written in the ancient indian scriptures..but like you said you need proof and logic which is why no one actually gets to know what actual sprituality is…what he wrote about is a fration of what actually comprises of real spirituality…but then again there are no scientific proofs of those concepts and so this “ultimate knowledge of our existance”(which is spirituality) is known to a very very few.
