Interval Timer for any kind of training sessons.
Starts with 10 sec. warming up
After that the exercises are 50 seconds long and the break round about 10 seconds.
All in all there are 20 rounds.
Great for HIT oder Tabata Workouts.

burpee, skier abs (oblique twisty plank thing), touch down lunges, knee push up + plank shoulder taps, turn around jump squats x2 (my little reminder, you can try it too tho)

You can download it. And then while using this turn off your nmobile net.

It should be 30 minutes but you could keep the 10 seconds warming up
