Sorin is also good tank + healer but I don't think newbie and especially F2P will be able to pull 2 limited characters within this event and they also have a chance to lost against 50/50 too. And healer for normal content are replaceable so it should be fine for them with Nayan or Lucian or they might get Saeya from permanent pull. And if they only have 1 choice, Aurora is also better choice than Sorin. Because she is easier to build due to her high cri so they don't need to max out all gears and relics from start and this is why she is more suitable for beginner.

@@ThaiGameGuide Makes sense! Not a bad recomendation, for the current state of the game. There is one more factor I'd take into account, though... They just introduced dual element DPS in the the game. And looking at how powerful Death Crown is, there is a really big chance that the old DPS characters will get powercrept soon. Especially Eliyar, given that we've yet to get a new Bleed DPS since the game released. Plus... Eliyar can deal really high damage on manual if you use her right, but she keeps getting herself killed on auto. I rarely use her anymore. So, my personal advice for a beguinner team would be: see what you get from the standard discount pulls first, and as long as it's neither Saeya nor Sansar, aim for the following: 1) Death Crown 2) Sorin 3) Sansar 4) Whoever you got from the beguinner banner. (Or, when possible, a powerful helper with elemental advantage) ...Or, if you can't get Sorin on time, pull for Aurora and get Saeya from the selector instead.

His 5 star weapon is good for DPS but you need full dupe which will cost you a lot. It's not worth if you can effort only 1 copy. And if you are using 4 star weapon, you have highly chance to make it full dupe. Especially "Baphomera" which can create shield after you take a hit. It's the best tank weapon and do the big role in hardest content "Portrait of Thierry".

Yes! There are still around 8 or 9 days before the Aniversary event goes away. You can get Death Crown on day one, wuth the code: DirectorsCoupon On the 3rd log-in, you will get a standard 5* character selector, and on the 7th, a 5* weapon selector. You might not be able to get ALL of the other event rewards, but those three all the biggest ones. You should also get at least 20 limited pulls and 10 standard pulls just by login-in, among other things.

Oh, just one more thing: unless you get Saeya from the beguinner banner, I recomend you try aiming for Sorin instead of Aurora. Her banner is ending pretty soon, and she is paired with a harder to obtain 4*. Plus, she makes survival much easier. Aurora is REALLY good too, though. Arguibly the the best pure DPS in the game right now. And her signature weapon is probably the best weapon in the game. I cannot really recommend using your character selector on Eliyar, though. She has pretty high value right now because she is the only DPS with the Bleed element, and the hardest stages in the game are weak to bleed. And on the right hands, she can deal really high damage. But... Her ultimate can feel a bit clunky at first, and the AI has no idea what to do with her, so she keeps getting herself killed when I put the game on auto. Also, with the introduction of dual element DPS characters - and the fact that we didn't get any new bleed characters since the game started, there is a really high chance that she is getting powercrept sooner rather than later. Personally, I'd wait until you got a 5* from the beguinner banner to avoid getting a dupe. Then... If you got Sorin from the limited banner, I'd get Sansar from the selector, and if you skip Sorin and get Aurora instead, I'd get Saeya next.
