You guys are a great couple, I’m sure the food was delicious, but the best advice was, share a steak. In Las Vegas I can’t bring the leftovers home. Whatever isn’t consumed get tossed?!?!? Sharing leaves little or nothing to waste and still get a delicious filling meal. Great advice for the future everywhere we travel
Turn up world you know Herb's & Rye steak las vegas has 50% off steaks from 5pm-8pm and midnight to close! I believe their sister steakhouse Cleaver steakhouse has the same!
We are in Vegas now and absolutely loved the food and the service and the ambience at Golden Steer! We’re trying out Prime at Bellagio tonight as our last night 😃
Cleavers happy hour steak menu is absolutely to die for. Ambience and service is definitely 5 star. I been there several time and have not been disappointed.
Great job on this video. When I was out there I found LAWRYS excellent even though it is prime rib but still meat. Not sure if you guys have tried it yet but definitely should get a good recommendation.
When Iives in Las Vegas in the 90's the Golden Stear was my go to steakhouse. I would pop into the steakhouse at Circus Circus too. It was surprisingly very very good.
Which one do u think was better? I have been to the CC Steakhouse 3 times, but going to try the Golden Steer my first time next week so... Like to hear ur opinion!
The two best filet mignons I have had were in Vegas. My number one is at Herbs and Rye off W. Sahara. It's amazing! They have happy hour, half off steaks and certain drinks and other menu items. My next best one was at the Bellagio. It was room service, but I couldn't speak on which restaurant it would have come from. That was also really great tasting! 👍
Fun you mention room service.. I have had good & bad, but the BEST burger of my life (and I am 57!) was room service at The Park end of June this year. Incredible!!
We found at the Palace Station the Charcoal Room a steak that melts in your mouth. I never understood that frase "melt in your mouth" with steak? But I can now say I totally get it. Great job guys.
I really enjoyed your video did you guys try to D Steakhouse they were good I was actually disappointed with Barry steakhouse they did not cook my meat the way I wanted them to your video was very good thank you
Excellent video Tanya & Dave, you have my mouth watering! I hope that people appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into the creations of your videos. You two make it look so easy, and it is quite clear that you are enjoying yourselves in the process. The photography and editing are spot on!!! Take care and enjoy and stay safe!!!
Must check out the steakhouse at Binion's. It's excellent. Food is super tasty. The views of the strip and downtown are beautiful to look at as the sun goes down and the staff is great. This steakhouse is just classic Las Vegas at its core.
Steaks at Circus Circus are affordable and the best bang for the buck both in Reno and Las Vegas! Go in early, get you steak on, then get the hell out of there!
@@carlitobunz it has been several years since I’ve been to either. Food reviews are so arbitrary based on some persons opinion and a single good/bad experience. I have seen the best restaurant go from the best to worse depending upon a change in kitchen staff or management. Guess it all boils down to taking a chance anywhere you go. Thanks for the update on this one though.
What the heck. I had no idea so many steakhouses existed and I am so far behind everyone! Thx for your vlogs and love the happy tummy dances you both do at the table
Ran into you guys last Monday right before my birthday and told you guys because of you we had to go to Barry’s ! Thank you Dave & Tanya you guys are the best !
Thanks you guys! I always like to learn about good steak houses to try. I’m sure you tried to make the content short and savory, but I wish you would have provided a little more detail about the steak offerings on the menu and maybe a little more description on the flavors of the steaks you ate in this video. Lastly, we love Vic & Anthony’s at The Golden Nugget downtown and Gallagher’s at New York New York!
I love your videos. They are very well filmed and narrated. Concerning steak houses, I think Jean Georges at Aria is about the most sophisticated and best tasting around. Thanks again and keep up the wonderful work. Hopefully the border will open up again soon and I can visit the city that I love and eat some of that great food.
Tanya& Dave I love your channel I don’t leave a comment most of the time but I watch every video this one was very funny and thank you for sharing now I have to go buy me a steak 🥩 yummy delicious
I love your choices. I agree, Gordon Ramsey's Steakhouse was one of my favorites. I also like Jean Georges Steakhouse in Aria. They are one of the few steakhouses in the US that can serve actual Kobe beef. Their service was amazing as well.
I don't even know if it exists anymore since it was the early 2000s when I ate there, but the best steak I've ever had in my life was at a restaurant called Conrad's, located in the Flamingo. It's almost 20 years later and I still remember how good it was!
The livestock industry produces more greenhouse gas emissions than the transportation industry. Cattle are also one of the main contributors to agricultural land degradation and water pollution, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) reports. If converted to CO2, the livestock industry produces more greenhouse gases than all cars combined," the FAO report states. In terms of CO2, the amount of greenhouse gas emitted by livestock worldwide accounts for 18% of total emissions. Increasing demand for milk and meat is the main factor leading to this situation. In 2001, humans consumed 229 million tons of meat. But by 2050, according to FAO projections, this number will double, reaching 465 million tons. Milk consumption will also increase from 580 million tons to 1,043 million tons during the same period. "If you include emissions from land use, the planet's livestock are responsible for 9% of global CO2 emissions, but the share of other emissions they produce is much larger." , FAO confirmed. Specifically, cattle produce 65% of nitrogen oxides (N2O). This is a gas that is 296 times more capable of absorbing solar energy than CO2 and is largely generated from animal manure. Livestock also emit about 37% of methane (CH4) - which is 23 times more heat-trapping CO2 - and 64% of ammonia (NH3), the main culprit of acid rain. Not only that, the demand for food of livestock is also a factor leading to an imbalance in the ecosystem, degrading the quality of agricultural land and polluting water sources.
Went to Vegas for my 8th time April 4-10. Ist time I ever popped in at Ellis Island to gamble and eat.. Have to say.... for 7.99.. THAT was a pretty good steak! We had hoped to run into you guys! Maybe next year! Keep up the great content you two!!! ( I did see Bobby from Oscar's walking through the Plaza) I approached him and he chatted with us.. Nice guy!!
We usually stick with Delmonico's at the Venetian. However I must say, we were there on 4/17 and it wasn't all that this time. Their bone in Ribeye is their signature steak and once upon a time it was worth the $65 , not so much anymore. Also, asked for medium rare, got very rare and tough. Of course I complained but they really couldn't care less. Emeril Lagasse, you should really check up on your properties more often. BTW, you two as a couple cute as a bug and I tell you really enjoy spending time with each other, so cool.
I noticed I had to be generous and gracious with all the food options in Vegas as everything was gradually reopening and being staffed. At Mirage, they brought back long-term (30-year) Union staff early 2021 and I think some of them were frankly burnt out, which is completely understandable. But they also had to bring back, hire new and train gradually in phases. It seems Vegas is really just now hitting its stride again. I know what you mean about not being “all that” in April. Fair comment imo
Everytime I go to Las Vegas we end up going to Pampas inside the Miracle Mile. Brazilian steakhouse n all the side dishes. They come around pften to see what meats you want. They have all the meats there. They give you a card with one green which means keeps coming & red for stop. Love it there. We stay there for at least w hours. It's like a 4 course meal.
Hey. So the prices for each place varies. We reviewed these steakhouses individually. This was a list of our top 5 favorite at the time. We put a $ symbol in for price range for each place. Check out our Best of Las Vegas playlist for the individual steak house review
I can just buy a Prime Ribeye Steak At Costco, and grill it. Perfect. 🥰💞👌!!! Serve with Brown Rice, And Chinese Broccoli 🥦 with Oyster Sauce. Cost...$20.00
WOW THAT STEAK LOOKS SO DELICIOUS, THANKS FOR SHARING THIS FANTASTIC AND EXCITING TO WATCH VIDEO, KEEP UP THE INCREDIBLE JOB, I LOVE HOW HILARIOUS YOU BOTH ARE LOL LOL LOL LOL
Our fav in LV is BLT but it’s closed. Went to Bugsy and Myers last week. It was OK. We had a great table, great service, great drinks. My steak was very good (strip), my wife’s steak (ribeye) not so much.
So many great steakhouses in Vegas it’s hard to choose. I think Emeril’s Delmonico Steakhouse is my favorite. I have to try some of the ones on your list.
Bugsy and a Meyers looked the best, Prime was a joke, not enjoyable at all and even after checking twice screwed up on our Anniversary. Two managers couldn’t get a special order correct, terribly disappointed.
Wow! That steak at Gordon Ramsey's looks AWESOME! Thank you Tanya and Dave for giving me more options to try when I am there again in September. Stay safe and healthy out there. CAB 😊
you are such a great couple! I got married at the RIO 19 years ago and am coming back for the 10th time on may 16th for my b-day. I hope to see you two at the venetian resort!
On your list I’ve had The Steakhouse at CC and The Golden Steer. Both were outstanding. I recently stayed at the Plaza, but had to miss out on Barry’s due to a scheduling conflict. Another of the best steaks I’ve had in Vegas was at Gallagher’s at NY NY. The overall experience was not as great as some others, but the steak itself was perfect! I had the NY, medium rare. So yum!
@Randy Suyematsu Thanks for including your thought on the over all experience at Gallagher’s. @turn it up world, you do such an excellent job of showing us the experience as well as discussing it. That’s about 1/3 of what I am looking for in a great steakhouse: ambience, experience great video!
Good video! Sure was hoping to try Oscar's; but we'll be getting in Sunday going on midnite, & leaving Thursday afternoon. Sure wish they were open every night! On the days that the steak houses are open; do most of them close by around 10 pm?
Hey Tanya and David loved this steak video great food shots as well as awesome reviews. I’ll be heading to Vegas for my bday In July so I’ll be checking out a few of these spots with my wife so thanks for that. Also new sub from Boston Ma (617) Wishing you guys continued success in life!
Love your videos you two are so cute!! I live on the east coast but come out there several times a year. Circus Circus is my favorite and I also love the Golden Steer I was just there 2 weeks ago. I have not been to the other 3 and absolutely will try those. I only question, not criticizing cause I do think you know what your talking about but it didn’t seem like you were ordering the same cut of meat at each place so did they get a fair comparison? Again I do want to try the other 3 and see if I agree. I probably just love the nostalgic feel of 4 and 5 but so happy they made your list!
