I use the rain cover just to cover the car seat when it rains. If your front wheels don't turn well, make sure you lubricate.

The Evenflo Pivot Xpand Modular travel system is great! And it comes with a car seat and base. Under $500 and basically does everything these high end strollers can do!
I haven't looked extensively but it seems that Nuna and UPPAbaby (either recently changed or soon?) would be the options free of flame retardants, PFAS chemicals, and perhaps other? I saw an article on your site which is great. Possibly an idea: as with other product categories on other sites for example paraben-, cruelty-, fragrance- free, etc., maybe some product filter or icons highlighting such features might be handy for those looking. Such perhaps could simplify searching or inform those that may not even have thought of such.

@@ladylight007 Most stroller seats that have a full recline will still not be approved to use from birth due to the built-in wedge in the toddler seat. You can use the seat for napping starting around 4-6 months! Before that time you will need either a compatible car seat or bassinet on the frame.

There is no way to attach the bassinet above and Toddler seat below. Technically you could attach the Bassinet above with Upper adapters and Rumbleseat below (and parent-facing) using its own adapters, but there is no space for the child seated in the Rumbleseat because of how long the bassinet is. It is technically possible but not recommended, so that is why it is not pictured.
