The things to do in 75 day challenge:- 1) 2 Hours of Self Study 2) 45 minutes of exercise (not in home ,in outside , it can also be the roof or balcony of your house ) 3) Reading 10 pages of self improvement book 4) Revision at night 5)Drink at least 3 litres of water

Yes mam I am ready for 30 days challenge 👍 (With a little change)😅 1. 2 hrs of self study 2. 3lt of water 3. At peast 10 pages of self help book 4. Rope jump 5. Revision at night at least 30mins I am going to achieve this at any cost 💪 Starting from 3.10.2023

i have taken the 75 hard challenge ( with a little changes) a. 1 hour of self-study daily. b. 15 minutes of basketball everyday. c. Read ten pages of a book. d. Revise what you've studied for 5-10 minutes each day. e. 2 bottles of water everyday starting small but going to be consistent starting date: 1st November end date: 14th January
