Hi! Isnt this a very low calorie diet which will result in cravings as well as a broken metabolism?After which ww will reach a plateau & it will become almost next to impossible to lose further. What about after 75 days? Wont there be a bounce back of weight? Pls reply

Its really good that u r helping with diets n recipes but the options u have mentioned here are very less.. either add more options or add more varieties... N second thing what we have to do after 75days ... as the time passes weight will come to same point...
