The editing software is a HUGE part of this process. I get confused between Canva, Inkscape, and Silhouette Studio and where to send the files to print them

Thank for the question. You can design in any of the programs you listed. You’ll need to save your designs on your computer or tablet. I personally like uploading them onto Silhouette studio the free version. You can also print from MS Word, photoshop or Cricut design. Hope that helps.

I need help with setting up my printer to get the perfect 20 ox skinny tumbler even when i download as 9.20 x 8.05 or 9.4 x 8.29. I can never get the right size.

You say you don’t need a tumbler press but for new people you need to let them know they do need some kind of heat source.

Do I need a special printer with special ink? Or can I just use my regular printer?

Good question. You will need a sublimation printer or an eco-tank printer using sublimation ink.

Im having a problem. Not sure if its my printer or my toaster oven or just me hahaha. I got a canon pixma and the sublimation ink in it. Ive printed a million times and i can not get it to go onto the cup for anything. Ive played with the printer settings. It has a setting for light and dark iron on, ive tried gloss, matte everything. Im at a loss

I’m sorry you’re having trouble. It can be frustrating at first. I have a couple of questions for you: Is your cup coated for sublimation? Are you making sure that the sublimation paper is tightly wrapped on the cub with the image facing the cup? If you’re still having trouble please let me know. Hope that helps.

@@sietegiftshop it was a printer problem lol. After tons and tons of google and youtube, come to find out canon is not compatible to sublimate. I had the joy of taking out all the ink and taking back to walmart and getting the epson et-2803.
