We took our family there last July 2022 and were blown away by the beauty of Ha Long Bay. We have 2 teenage children that are technology and screen addicted but we caught them sitting on their cabin's balcony staring out into Ha Long Bay for 10 min straight without saying a word, silently admiring the beauty. We really like the food and super friendly staff on the boat. The cabin and the ship were so luxurious we can't get over we're on a ship. Throw in the gorgeous view out of our cabin and the dining room were just cherry on top. The price was very good in our mind given all of the above.
It’s wonderful to hear that you and your family had an unforgettable time in Halong Bay too! It truly is the most naturally beautiful place I’ve visited, and undoubtedly your children will remember their experience for the rest of their lives too!
I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did! In Hanoi we stayed at the Dolce Hanoi Golden Lake - it's a little bit out of the old town in the newer part of the city, but it was absolutely stunning!
In which month were you there? You were very lucky because the weather was so beautiful. We're going to fly to Hanoi next March and hope we are lucky for the weather 😅
