***********************************
Many are now using natural alternative treatments to alleviate the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. And for prevention of the progression of Parkinson’s.
Parkinson’s Disease is often not diagnosed until the disease is well established. By then the substantia nigra region of the brain has lost 70 - 80% of its dopamine neurons and are very difficult to recover.
You may slow the progression of Parkinson’s Disease by using some of the natural nootropic supplements detailed in the above video.
But there are no guarantees that they will work. Success depends on many factors including the progression of the disease, how your body and brain react to these supplements, genetics and more.
However, many with Parkinson’s have experienced a better quality of life when using these supplements.
Get started by choosing from the list of supplements above, do your research including Nootropics Expert®, follow dosage recommendations and timing during the day, and get started.
There is hope for a better life. We know because many have shown us that these nootropic supplements can work. Don’t wait and get started today.

Thanks David, I use many of these already and will see if they will have any effect on my Essential Tremor. I have had a Ultrasound treatment on my right hand and it worked great. Watching for years, Thanks for the hard work and breaking everything down

Dave, many of there are included in my research into essential tremor. I did not find any clinical "proof" but only anecdotal reports that they helped others.

Thank you for this concise information. I had a viral encephalitis at age 16. I soon became low Dopamine and at 56, have severe fatigue in addition to many other issues. I have taken many of these supplements through the years, and with consistent use, I did notice benefits. However, being on SSDI, I have almost no available income to afford these supplements now (I eat from a food bank). It breaks my heart, but I have to just do the best I can. Very good information nonetheless 🙏

Keva, we do the best we can and whatever we can afford. One of the easiest and most inexpensive things you can do is increase dopamine by using the L-DOPA supplement I recommend: pulse.ly/jgjm012i9n

@@NootropicsExpert awesome, id like if you ever can, do a full video on thiamine. I think a dose of 300 to 600mg vitamin b1 HCL daily for a few months can really help parkinson's.

This one is complicated. It has to do this gene transcriptions of which you need a doctorate in neuroscience to understand. pulse.ly/galhknh3rs But another study which is much easier to understand found that Parkinson's patents who use 100 mg PS per day restores normal sleep patterns (pulse.ly/x1gjgacfij)

Ultrasound is not 'technically' considered a supplement. But you could call is "supplemental therapy".

You should have mentioned that L-DOPA does only work properly when combined with an carboxylase inhibitor, like EGCG (green tea extract) for example. And everything should be taken with care, especially because some like ashwaganda can cause some severe interactions with your prescribtion meds for IPS over Cyp 450 interactions. Other than that, great video
@NootropicsExpert
@NootropicsExpert Год назад
Not true. Synthetic L-DOPA is metabolized into dopamine in your body by an enzyme called aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase (AADC). And the majority of synthetic L-DOPA will be converted peripherally (not in the central nervous system and brain). This can cause problems. So when used therapeutically, as in treating Parkinson’s Disease, L-DOPA is administered in combination with an inhibitor of peripheral AADC. Drugs like carbidopa (or other AADC inhibitors) ensure most of the L-DOPA is preserved for conversion to dopamine in the brain. And not the rest of your body. But when natural L-DOPA like you get as an extract of Mucuna Pruriens does not need a decarboxylase inhibitor because L-DOPA is metabolized into dopamine in your body by aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase (AADC). Which increases dopamine levels in your brain. And you do not need to worry about dyskinesia. And you are correct about Ashwagandha especially if you are using thyroid meds because it'll mess with how those meds are used.

You may not be able to make recommendations like this, but my grandmother is taking carb/levo 2 tabs 3 times a day, nadolo 1 tab once a day, and donepezil 1 tab at night. Her memory is not good and she still has trimmers in her hands. What supplements would you recommend she take? I've looked into lions mane and wanted to try her on that, but when I asked her doctor he said, he would be able to prescribed much better medication than an supplement out there. So i got a little discouraged, but I have seen a decline in her memory and want to do something to help.
@NootropicsExpert

Lacey, if it was my grandmother I'd have her using every supplement mentioned in this video. Including Mucuna Pruriens (L-DOPA 95%).

Is Acetyl l carnitine increase dopamine d2 receptors? And CDP choline?
@NootropicsExpert
@NootropicsExpert Год назад
ALCAR enhances D1 receptor levels without altering D2 receptor levels in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex (pulse.ly/07lkl1sxgn) And CDP-Choline activates tyrosine-hydroxylase and induces increased dopamine production. And decreased reuptake of dopamine leading to increased levels at the synaptic cleft.

Kim, good question but it depends on if you are trying to prevent Parkinson's, or already have Parkinson's and trying to slow its progression. I suggest reading about each supplement and how it works re. Parkinson's here: pulse.ly/77pl14mhbu. Then choose depending on what I said above.

Stuart, you are absolutely right about Thiamine and I need to update my article on Parkinson's. As for which supplements to use in this case it depends on if you are currently dealing with Parkinson's are trying to avoid getting Parkinson's. I highly recommend that you read the full transcript for this video here: pulse.ly/f4u9n0nw8i See which ones work to prevent Parkinson's, and which ones help prevent its progression.
