So i have a question for you......lets say you ate 10-12 eggs a day sometimes i was eating raw eggs... my libido was insane at the time...do you feel this is more from the cholestorl...or the choline from eggs that caused this effect?
Thanks for the info. I have seen a reduction of my PD symptoms using phototherapy. I am going to try to use mucana pruriens and wean off my Carbodopa/Levodopa. I used the link for the powder on your video on Ldopa.Ty.
Natural L-DOPA from Mucuna Pruriens is better for Parkinson's because if you get a 95 - 99% extract you can use it instead of prescription Sinemet and avoid the side effects of the prescription form. Phenylalanine is not likely to produce enough dopamine for Parkinson's.
I've used both.. l tyrosine seems to be more potent.. I've used a gram of tyrosine b4 workouts and no doubt wakes u up..feels like a cup of coffee without the shakiness or crash of caffeine..
Learning about 5-htp. One presenter on you tube indicated you should not take Tyrosine with 5-htp because the Tyrosine has the potential to cause issues with the thyroid. Instead it was recommended that mucuna be taken with 5-hpt instead. Can you please provide your opinion on that? Thank you!
Only partly correct. L-Tyrosine + Iodine + Selenium make thyroid hormones T4 & T3. You need Tyrosine to make thyroid hormone. Mucuna Pruriens provide L-DOPA which is a direct precursor to dopamine production. It does NOT support thyroid health.
Hello, I suggest you look into Donepezil. It is an absolutely great memory enhancer. Best results are gotten with 1g of citicoline and PhosphatidylCholine daily.
I started taking Niacin 100mg, 4x a day a few days ago. On the 3rd day I started getting muscle pains in my legs and then my arms and back too on the fourth day. Stopped taking and pain is gone. This seems to be a rare effect. Too bad I was hopeful for the benefits :(
@@NootropicsExpert Thanks for the reply. I have only tried Pramiracetam for 5 days and I have been fairly impressed with it. I will have to try Nefiracetam next.
I had low iron and I immediately felt a difference when I combined vit c and iron together…my anxiety went away the same day I took both of these together. Now got to figure out why my irons so low.
