Wow. This seems much more toxic radio than F1 will ever be. Then again, everyone is much more clumped so it will inevitable have more stuff to complain about.
Sims is as serious as always. Even when he wins. I love it. Especially since people perceive me the same way. Even when I'm really excited people can't really tell..
IMO the strategies are a bit different due to the pure electric nature and the addition of attack mode. I bet it'll be a little frustrating to adapt to such elements
F1 drivers get pissed as well, its just Formula E tends to include a lot more overtakes and battling and thus chances for race-ending damages. There have even been incidents where teams have P1 ad P2 and are ahead several seconds... only for the two drivers to collide battling each other like morons.
It took this long for a race winner to reply Dario with "Hello Dario in the booth!", just seems like an obvious thing to say for me. I'm happy that Alexander Sims is in FE with a good car too, it's nice to have someone with that kind of humour who seems like a nice person from the outside.
@@BennedicktusPeter No it isnt. In F1 you have to take care of: -Battery charge -Fuel cons. -Pirelli tires (They have top be in good temp.) And ofc you are driving on real tracks. With 320 -360 kph on clock.
@@adamix1010 Thing is with these kind of tracks, 1 mistake could mean the end. Granted that's also true for F1, but the tracks are harder, more technical. The stress is bigger, so rages are better.
They are easier to manage than F2 cars and tracks are just slow corners and long straights (Correct me if I'm wrong), they have time to have a whole conversation if they want from the cockpit.
zNoah >slow corners and long straits: thats basically the perfect environment for crashes and collisions though since its a combinstion of high speed and heavy braking that can easily lead to collisions
The air is blue! I wish they just left the words in... we're all big boys and girls... I still don't understand why they took so long to address what Max did... he should have been immediately told to give back the places, it's not like the situation was hard to understand, and it effected the race.
Huge massive NASCAR fan here. Can’t wait until it’s all electric so I can get a job in the industry, besides the noise, this is still awesome racing in comparison to F1 and INDY to be honest this is pretty fun. Good stuff. Love all racing, FormulaE included !
You're not racing in cramped street circuits while focusing on 6 different things simultaneously while surrounded by hostile drivers with no consideration for contact avoidance so just *sit down* and _shut the fuck up_ You know jack about maturity
Consider that there were 7 time penalties (including the one on Guenther that Di Grassi was whining about) and a disqualification (Turvey, exceeded the energy quota) at the end of the race. What a mess.
I think it was due to the unsettling and aggressive way Da Costa overtook him. In the post-race press conference, Di Grassi said it was pretty much the starting point for the crash between Bird and Evans.
I was able to meet some drivers during the Marrakech round last January. And Sims was the only driver who didn't want to take a photo with the "real supporters" who were waiting in the paddock. I asked him kindly. He said "NO" ... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-h3MbWRywWR4.html
@@Canuck59NHL I suspect the dude is probably autistic (I am too). Give him a break because if that's the case, it would be a nightmare having to deal with attention seeking fans lol.
@Ved Singh I ask them kindly.I don't jump on them like a groupie without asking permission. This year I still got a Sims autograph. www.zupimages.net/up/20/27/v3zv.jpg ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VEEWO0w3HDA.html
One of the reason i dont watch Formula E is drivers like Sebastian Buemi, he spins, starts crying saying "Penalty for this guy" while getting back on track.
Why a drive through for mitch evans? It was Sam Bird's fault, as evans was clearly alongside and therefore entitled to a car's width of space and Bird just didn't give hin that as he didn't see him
