I don't think people surrender because it's "complex" it's boring playing decks like these, if you know your opponent is gonna take an additional turn during your turn and have effects popping off every time they try to do anything, they're going to surrender. It's just not fun

Please do a semi-budget version of this. It's just not feasible for the majority of the semi-competetive MD scene to make this deck. I already spent as much money I'm willing to spend and now I'm Gate kept by a pay wall. I see you were telling us some alternatives but the combos will be different. Awesome content as always!

I started 30 days ago, just finsihed most of the branded despia deck, thank god i already built the ishizues for branded and had most of this, still need like 8 UR gold pass need to reset already

The problem with Tear is that so many decks are absolutely killed. Dinos, Branded, Swordsoul, Trap Decks, I don't even know if Adamancipator can compete.

As someone who HATES what Yu-Gi-Oh has become I have been looking foward to coming back just for playing this meta for a while. The game I loved all those years back is gone, but I saw something interesting in the way Tear mirror matches played out. I wish Yu-Gi-Oh would have leaned more into this complicated long chain-link outplays instead of going back into the status quo whole game being trying to become INGSOC with an unbreakable board and or a trillion hand traps and not letting the opponent play at all.

The scooping from people really sucks, it happens to me way too much it’s like I just wanna learn

If you're going first against a tearlament deck try to summon Avramax using I:p and tear won't be able to touch you. They can make a zues and wipe the field but they would need to with whatever xyz monster they make and since they can only make 1 xyz monster that monster isn't going to survive under Avramax and if the make baronne, bait out its negate and then beat over it.

i kinda dont want to craft the Ishizu cards and waste even more UR's , but if i have to i will do it

I think that Droplet is really important just to counter dweller

I play the Branded Despia variant (I dont have all the Ishizu cards yet) as i did in TCG ^^ and it is good. Basically you have less milling but more raw power with mirrorjade and Chimera. You have easy access to Masquerade. And Albion and Lubellion make fusion easier to make. I also use King of the swamp to get more "named card" with Tear and Albaz it work well (no poly yet but you can). Super poly is also accessible with this build. The main issue is when you mill your Albaz and dont have any left (or worst if they are banished). The deck is really good and surprise the MD players that didn't play TCG (where the variant was a thing especially post banlist). Turn one is basically Masquerade/Branded in red setup plus kirkalos/easy predaplant/Tear fusion. The main issue is the limit one field spell that is really useful

I surrender also against tear but not because it's gets to complex the reason is it's frustrating to play against it with every other deck and you have no chance to win

Could you make a deck profile that includes the Vernusylph cards? I know the three Naturia cards aren't available yet, but I'd like to know some combos or ideas on how to use them at the moment

Since I don't have enough to make stuff like instant, diviner, etc. while also not having all of the ishizus (I'm missing 2 shuffler and 1 Kelbek), I went for a Punk build. Chaos Ruler has to carry me next format. lol

Please do an Ishizu Tear + Zoodiac deck like Jesses he won with last week. You are such a better YTuber. The amount of description you go into, to teach people is phenomenal. Bar to none. This man needs to blow up. Get him some income coming in from this to get some sponsers. You explain what you are doing, why you are doing it, why you aren’t doing the alternate options, chain orders. This is top notch tutorial on how to play this deck. 🎉

This is why I playing with a 60 card deck Branded Tearlament Ishizu. No super polymerization in the deck.

In my 60 card version, I actually took Maxx C out, and have rarely found a need for it. Honestly, kinda crazy that Maxx C actually feels kinda bad. Then again, Grass is arguably more busted with tear.

Well I had to play shaddolls with this because I basically owned shaddolls from 1 year ago when shaddoll-dogmatika-invoked was still relevant (also 8k gems didn't get everything and I didn't have ishizu urs so still missing the 2 keldos)

Called by is honestly kind of bad in the mirror. The shufflers are almost always going to be there and they make called by feel really bad. The diviner call is almost definitely correct though, Baronne Dweller under Elf is backbreaking in the mirror.

Over 30 UR is crazy. They need to make a new way to get UR. I’ll never be able to make this deck unless I spend $1000 on virtual yugioh points, but who the hell wants to do that when you can spend $1000 on real yugioh? It’s upsetting because I love to play Master Duel but I’m completely restricted from making new working decks.

It's not complex. It's oppressive. Now in MD, if you aren't playing tear then you simply aren't playing. You're watching your opponent not let you play. This archetype combo is the very definition of cancer.

Im so salty I used 6k gems only to get melfy cards that aren't even useable. This roll was even worse when I tried to get spright, but at least the other decks were useable.

Ive noticed that day 1, a lot of people have no idea how to play the deck, and so mirrormatches are astoundingly easy. also cryme where. cryme is a spell speed 3 omni negate. i quite like it. also what are you even gonna banish with snow?
