Dear sir, i m 25male with l4-l5 diffused disc bulge, i got this problem due to deadlift 3yrs ago since then i left gym. I made remarkable transformation then. I m unemployed looking for job, and I can't take risk of going to gym cause i lose spine and sit on wheelchair I wil be burden to my family. But gym was my first love. I had bodybuilding ambition then. Sir please make a detailed video on How people like Hrithik Roshan, and other bodybuilder made bodies even after back injuries. What exercises they did. Like here in my town there is no hyperextension machine, nobody does it, whoever goes heavy on deadlift is bound to be injured in future if not lucky. Please tell at what proportion of our abs or other body parts that we have to train our lower back. 🙏

Yes i am interested in this topic. As my close one has back injury and doc says only way forward is to build muscles but he is not able to progress because after few days of exercises, back can’t take it and pain comes back and rest has to be given for few days. And again start from almost 0.
Saying No to Switchwords is closed mindset without you having knowledge or application of switchwords for real. Yes mantras are always powerful but having a negative opinion for switchwords without using is your limited belief. Better say I haven’t used so can’t comment on it one can decide as per one’s knowledge experience and beliefs.
@@binasheth thank you for your feedback. it’s mentioned in the video that I have not tried using switch words and only recently heard about them so will refrain from commenting on them without in-depth knowledge of the science behind them. No for switchwords is Not from the perspective that they don’t work but from the point that I have not used them. For me Mantras have worked beautifully throughout life so from this perspective it was said Mantras yes and Switchwords no as I have not used them ever.
