The last point which Mam said regards mindset is true however if you get deceived or cheated by someone and you lose faith or trust then how you should train your mind to overcome from that situation

Hi love your videos , amazing insights for beginners like me .. I have a question I have started working out from past 4 months and I was doing really well, lost 10kgs weight, 6 kgs body fat and was lifting well too.. I am suffering from tennis elbow from last two week, it’s not serious but my Physio has asked me not to lift weight. I am feeling so low Ana demotivated that I am not able to lift. Though I am still hitting the gym doing legs , cardio , functional however not able to use my full body due to injury and exercise is also limited .. it’s frustrating could u guide me what all exercises I can do with this injury to keep making progress 😊
