The telescope choice depends on lots of factors like what you want to view and weather conditions. If you are new to astronomy i would always recommend to use a telescope which has tracking and can locate object for you, if you can afford, it will make your life lot easier. If not then atleast have equitorial mount. I will soon do anothet video on how to select telescope and what are important factors to choose one. Also i have plan to do video on simulators so that you all have idea on what to expect with a given set of equipment that you have.
@@AstroShootingStars I want to actually get Celestron - NexStar 102SLT to see the moon and other planet. Milky way etc. Basically everything whats in space. But want to start low.
I would then suggest to use atleast 127 slt if you want to see live however if you use astronomy cameras that should be ok. Since smaller aperture means less light gathering however if you are planning to only view our solar system objects that should be fine 🙂
I am glad you liked it , here I have the video on how to use this telescope with smartphone ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7EnpBHuz3pI.html I hope you will like it. Please stay tuned to my channel for my future videos.
Yes the phone mount dont come included with this , you need to purchase it separately. I hope this helps. Please stay tuned to my channel for my future videos
Yes ofcourse but wide angle telescopes are normally recommended to view the zenith to give you a clear shape else you will see only part of it or specific galaxies . Also you would need a astronomical camera to capture it as it would take long exposures to view the zenith. I hope this helps. Please stay tuned to my channel for my future videos
