Thanks for the video and the guide book, I'm slowly checking off spots in Ohio. I stayed in that site at Jefferson and it's worth noting that it's right on the trail. There happened to be a large horse group there when I was and we had horses traveling through our site. I'd highly recommend site 39. That's where I'll be staying next time. Thanks and happy travels.
love camping but i really prefer primitive trail camping on long hikes over 2 or more days. but it seems all state parks only allow camping in specified areas.
Yes, Ohio Stare Parks prefer you keep campers in a group. With three sections of the Wayne Nation Forest in Ohio, there is ample camping via dispersed camping in the backcountry. Thanks for watching and happy camping!
