This campground is in the Harrison State Forest off Rt 22 near Cadiz OHIO

Don't forget to stop in Steubenville or Wintersville at DiCarlo's Pizza for a tasty snack while traveling. If you want a "sit down meal" try Naples in Steubenville that displays several pictures of the "Rat Pack."

Just stumbled across your channel. I live in Cadiz and Ronsheim campground was my "peaceful hidden gem", along with the Trailriders campground, just a couple miles up the road. Also free! And even prettier. Horse optional😊. Good memories of walking my dog there. They do get pretty busy now in season, I think thanks to you tubers and word of mouth. Check out the Conotton Creek bike trail if you haven't yet. It's very nice. Liked and subscribed!

There's an access road near site 5 that is much easier to walk on, especially back up hill.

Are there any trails or places to explore around this camp site?

This place is out in the country but I did not see and trails. There are a lot of country roads around and not too far away is Cadiz Ohio a nice small town there is a buffalo farm close to Cadiz and it is the home town of Clark Gable

Dean martin..wasnt good enough is incorrect..id say the people in the area wouldnt have liked his music very much. In my opinion..he was a talent tho.

Yeah he was talented and only one person said he wasn’t good enough to play in their club and that was the manager.
