The air museum and spring fly-in. Spring break for pilots is Sun n Fun one of the largest air shows every spring.

We are coming to Orlando at the end of February for a week. We are going to squeeze in a day and go to Lakeland. It's been ages since I have been there. Another great video!!

My parents lived in Lakeland for thirty years or so. They used to love taking the adult kids and grandkids to feed the ducks and swans at the lakes downtown. My dad worked at the Publix market at Southgate as a “courtesy guy” helping to bag groceries and help old ladies to the car. My dad was in his late 80s ! (By the way, there is a photo of Southgate plaza in the Smithsonian museum of American history)
