Greetings from a new sub in the Twin Cities. We'are tired of winter after living over 40 years here but we don't know yet where to live. Lakeland looks very promising!
Awesome restaurants????????? Red Lobster? , Olive Garden? , Kentucky Fried Chicken?, You can find these restaurants anywhere you go! If you really want fine dining you more than likely have to go to Orlando or Tampa !!💯
Dewayne, there is an antique car show downtown on our 'First Friday' events. There are also car clubs in town if you own or appreciate classic or vintage cars.
I just subscribed to your really neat Channel! Having grown up in Polk County and having lived in Lakeland I am more than used to the heat. You want heat? Come to Thailand where it is really hot!! 😊 Yes, the Love Bugs are a pain but at least you don't have to worry about Cobras like we do here. And just a reminder...Orlando is to the North and East of Lakeland. 😊😎😊👍👍👍 (Rob Allen in Thailand)
@@roballen7937 Awesome! Then you have a reason to visit again!....I hope you'll think of me should they ever ask you if you know a Realtor in Lakeland..Share my channel with too!

@@Empathgurl USDA is for rural properties only. Yes, Lakeland has pockets of areas where USDA can be used. What is your specific reason for wanting to use USDA? You may have other options.🙂
@@LisaKellySells So im hearing Polk co has tons of crime?? I know u really cant say too much lol well we would be first time home buyers. All this is new too us. Would around 150k put me in bad areas?? Anything you can tell me id appreciate. Ty so much
If you people don't stop coming to Lakeland it's going to become uninhabitable. It's already way too hot and dry here because there's too many subdivisions and way too many people! This used to be a nice place until the mass amount of newcomers made it unlivable!
