What a great trip to East Harbor. It may not be the best campground but it has so many things to offer. We enjoyed our stay with some friends!!
We recommend Jolly Rogers and Netty’s while you are there!! You won’t be disappointed!

Cherie, I am the same way with lighthouse stairs. There is a reason Jack is the one who climbs up to the top of lighthouses while I stay down on the ground. Chuck caught a fish! I mean, we kind of had to take his word for it because there was no footage of him catching it - we only saw him holding it. LOL. Just kidding. Congrats on catching the fish. It was nice that yall had the weekend off cooking. Thanks for taking us along to East Harbor State Park!

I love the beach...but I agree, sometimes ya need the shade. A bike ride in the rain!! Great way to cool off lol Glacial? Glacier? Google is my best friend too. those lighthouse steps though!!!! Glacier glacial all the same haha!! Those steps killed me and literally my legs gave out on me after I came down from being so tense the whole time 🤦🏼‍♀️ but thank you!! I get to check it off my bucket list but you won’t see me ever doing that again 😂 Thanks for coming by ❤️

Bout time y’all uploaded a video 🤣. We love East Harbor and go a couple times a year. Netty’s Chili Dogs is a Toledo staple (I worked there as a teenager). Glad you got to enjoy them. Maybe we can hook up for some fall camping and college football ROLL TIDE! Safe travels and happy camping!

Missed y'all but so glad you got a break! That's not a bad site! I I agree with Chuck... That is the best thing about the beach! I mean, I get it about Lake Erie.... that's the lake that almost took me out.... That's very pretty!! Those clouds!!!! That net is genius!!!! I love the lighthouse and love that you pushed through to see it!!!!! Tommy was like, "I climb steps for a living but that's a ladder!" The view is amazing though! Don't blame you for trying to go backwards.... Going down is worse for me than going up. "That little kid out did me... " 😂😂😂😂 I mean, cheesy potatoes, corn and pulled pork???? Sign us up!!!! It really was a ladder. I was petrified and I can’t believe I did it!! I will never do it again though! Nope! I was so tense that my legs cramped up and couldn’t move once I made it down!!! I'm in Ontario and just got our travel trailer this summer - might add this to my list for next summer. Loved your mod to the microwave spot - we are using our spot for the microwave for storage too - much more efficient.

East Harbor is a very nice state park campground. Even though it’s only down the road from us it’s definitely worth the trip. B and C loop are the best sites!

Im kinda shocked, Chuck wasnt complaining too much about hiking...lol Great camping spot again for the Rig. Love parks with history. That way you have fun camping and learn something at the same time. Too funny, look you clamming on the railing going up and down the light house...killin me. Its ok, i dont like being up high either. But yet i still do it. Great time fishing, i remember when Chuck was having no luck when your channel first started. Oh dang, the camp store has ice-cream???? Im diggin those stars and strips loungers. Nice fish Chuck. Cheesy potatoes, hhmm, gonna have to cook that up some time. Netty's, never herd of this place. Is it a one restaurant store or is there more of them. Thanks for the video guys.

Beach is my (Red) favorite too.However, camping at the beach is the best. We want to visit Kelley's Island in the future. Seems we have a great time whenever we visit Ohio. That type of netting comes in very handy. Good job on getting to the top.

You nailed the description. Most of the sites are cramped but you really got a nice one. I liked mine from last week (C14). It looks like you barely scratched the surface of the places you can go. Cedar Point, Put-In-Bay, Kelleys (BTW, MUCH better example of glacial/gracier grooves there). I would LOVE to island hop camp. I have tent camped at PIB and camped at CP. Glad you liked it. Also the beach before the restrooms was probably twice as wide as it is now. I think a lot got washed out before those 4 breakwalls. Awesome vlog! Okay, "Charles?" I don't think I heard you ever called Chuck "Charles" and you did three times. 🙂

glad you guys enjoyed your stay. Great video as always. You guys only scratched the surface of that area, although I'm not sure how you found enough time to do all that you did. Cherie, I give you credit for doing the light house. I hate heights, and would never have gone up there. Defiantly do Kelly's island some day. We've been wanting to camp there again, but in order to justify the ferry ride with the camper you need to stay a week. They have some really cool glacial groves to see. FYI, I'm a beach person too lol
