Visit Kalaloch Beach 4 for the best tide pooling in Olympic NationalPark! We take a short hike down to the beach at low tide and see some amazing giant green sea anemones and purple starfish! It was insane! I have have never seen anything quite like this tide pool before!

This area of tide pools is minute compared to the stretch from Spilt Rock(Rialto Beach) to Cape Johnson.

Amazing! I’m going to Olympic in early August. Which beach/ hike is this?? I’d love to give it a try!!!

So happy you’re going to visit our favorite National Park! This hike/tide pool is the Beach 4 Nature Trail. It is north of Kalaloch campground and south of Ruby Beach right off 101. We’ve heard Beach 4 was the best for tide pooling. Be sure to get a tide schedule ahead of time. And thanks for commenting! Have a great time this summer. :)
