Possibly the Best Beach in Washington | Ruby Beach in Olympic National Park 

Wow!!!! I really like this beach, access is easy and there is tons of parking. If it had been summer time on this visit a chair and a lunch on the beach would have been awesome. I did not see any signs about payment required to park in the lot but the website says that an Olympic National Park payment receipt is required or the appropriate yearly pass for the national park system.
