I feel like certain ULRA's feel...Low budget. Good, but low budget. The best animation (Imo) is ULTRA Gogeta Blue, his art is so smooth and fluid, it looks how (In my opinion) every ULTRA art should look. A good ground background, a good aura, a good pose that shows a lot of movement, and a unique camera angel (When it zooms in). The low budget ones are: ULTRA Gohan, ULTRA Golden Frieza, ULTRA Janemba, ULTRA Kid Buu, ULTRA Hit, and ULTRA UI sign. They don't MOVE enough. For example, if Goldeb Frieza got the level of art animation Gogeta Blue got, personally, he would have the best art in the game. Same goes for Gohan and UI sign Goku. They have Amazing art, but they BARELY move. Janemba and Kid Buu needez different poses. Janemba could have had the pose he did when he first appeared (When he was in the shadows, staring at Goku), and Kid Buu could have had his point (Check Dragon Ball fighterz) which would have looked much better. Overall, every ULTRA Art needs to be like ULTRA Gogeta Blue, and I hope whatever the next ULTRA is, they have amazing art just like his. With SSJ4 Gogeta, my most wanted ULTRA out of the way, I need another Villain ULTRA. ULTRA Namek Frieza, ULTRA Perfect Cell, ULTRA Majin Vegeta, ULTRA Fused Zamasu, ULTRA Beerus (Not gonna happen for a while since we just got a new sparking Beerus), and ULTRA Cooler. In my opinion, my most wanted ULTRA is Cooler (Final Form). Besides Gogeta, Cooler is my favorite Dragon Ball character, so I want him to get an ULTRA. His Ink art should be him transforming, his actual art could be his flex pose, with a unique camera angel, (or an entirely new pose). I just need any future ULTRA to have Gogeta Blue level animation, cause that would make any ULTRA (no matter the hype level) look REALLY cool. Sorry for rambling, but I've been thinking this for a while, and this video is the perfect place for me to put my thoughts.
Amanex just a question, on a rate from 1 to 10 how surprised will you be if Legends release An ULTRA Beast Gohan that makes PVP unplayable unless you have him (Prob they would make a new color That is advantageous against all colors including LIGHT for him only, or make Dark against all colors but then he becomes neutral against LIGHT)

I heavily disagree with Frieza being 1A, his is great but there is stuff like SSBK Goku or the og SSJ Goku or even Omega Shenron that just majorly outclass him (not to mention Blue Gogeta)
