Love *hotdups* the way you show it! You really focus on showing off the bag. I don't think any other RU-vidr can show off bags in as much detail as you.
Add melatonin, Advil, munchies, doggy poop bags for garbage, a mini flash light when the lights are out. I used a purse organizer for my last trip and it didn’t fit in the seat pocket. Next trip I’m putting a carabiner on it to hang it.
HI @denise3587 The organizer I chose was specifically small enough for the front seat pocket. I have to ask about the doggy poop bags, Do you take your doggie with you on the plane? Btw, I love the carabiner idea! Well done!
No, I don’t travel with my dog. I just use those size of a bags because it’s a small amount of garbage that I produce. The plane I was on was not a long distance plane so the seat pocket was very small.
HI @dianafrances6880 I'm always trying to think of new ways to make my travel easier and this one was really a game-changer on the plane, Thanks for the comment!!
The airline seat-back pockets are really useless. I’ve used the thingy that has part of it covering the tray, then the lower half drops down and provides 3-4 pockets. That works just fine for me. But I can see how people with longer legs would be bothered by it. That little pocket holder/pouch you show looks very good! Plus, I was not familiar with that little toothbrush that does so much. I definitely need to check that out. Thanks! New subscriber.
Hi @bettyparker3317 Glad you liked the little toothbrushes, You can get them almost anywhere and they are so handy, I am tall so that is why I kept trying to think of a good way to keep that stuff in that front pocket (after I wipe it down). Thanks for the subscription!
@@PerriesPassport lol I am 5-2, and my legs are short even for that 😆 it’s a good thing for airplane seats (not the overhead bins!) but that’s about all. Thanks again for the great hacks!
HI @melanies.6139 The best part is that it comes in so many sizes that it fits almost any bag. I just used it on a flight and the bag worked great in the pocket. I took a photo, but I can't post it in the comments, which is a shame.
I tried Temu for the first time and found a bag similar to this for a $3.57...2 slip pockets on one; the other side has 2 slip pockets, but that side also has 4 small mesh pockets on top of the two slip pocket unit; and 3 zippered compartments the length of the bag. Snaps if you want to compress a bit. Also has 2 little handles. I just grabbed to make the minimum purchase price and I figured I could use it for storing makeup, but now I think it will make a nice "comfort bag." It's black nylon and the sides are slightly padded, too! About 3.5 inches wide, 10.5 W, 6" tall. No key thing, but that's fine.
Hi @secretariatgirl4249 sounds like you have the perfect little bag for a comfort bag. And here is the great thing about it. Once you set it up, it's always ready to go, so once less thing to worry about doing. I just came back from a trip and the only thing I had to refill was the Clorox wipes. You will love it!
Hi @noellowery6542 Thanks! Oddly enough I just read this article about how gross those pockets are and it is so easy to keep this bag clean. Check out the article: www.travelandleisure.com/travel-tips/airplane-seatback-pockets?hid=8f0c4a745bfd78fb9e856d70435e9b296444cd62&did=14635259-20240920&PM&lctg=8f0c4a745bfd78fb9e856d70435e9b296444cd62&lr_input=9f77a60f50c7a069e8a7b90cedb82e8c42486d2ba53334a0db57a4d7ca4bcdcb
Hi @reginaa4935 I have so far taken that on BA, Jetblue and Delta and it fits into all of the pockets. EasyJet I had to use it sideways, but it worked and nothing came out. I'll let people know as I use it on other flights. I suggest not getting anything bigger than the small size though.
What size bag did you buy? Edit: I saw another comment snd you said not yo get bigger than the small. I looked at the measurements and small seems like a good size.
Great video! Awesome little bag insert. Do you worry about how dirty it gets in the front pocket, and putting back into your personal item once you've landed? I used a gallon size ziploc bag on my last flight, and felt I was bringing all of the pocket crud into my backpack. Suppose I could keep a clean bag in my personal item to transfer the organizer insert into. Just curious. Thanks!
Hi @colleenc5008, So this what I did. Since the bagl is made out of nylon, I wiped the bag down with my Clorox wipes after use and it was good to go. Hope that helps!
I was just thinking why not do both? Put the organizer pouch in a ziplock or silicone bag? I think that's the direction I'm heading. Last year I tried a pouch from Travelon that was supposed to be a seat pouch organizer, but it wasn't quite enough...
@@peggywoods4327 I know the feeling. I tried one of those table organizers and there were two big empty pouches on the outside so everything still ended up as one big mess. Then I started searching for an alternative, and I found this. The best part I can use it in any daily tote, too!
Hi @JD-zt3nr Of course! I'm sorry if I didn't make that clearer, but that is why I forgot to have it from the original bag it was in. It was still in my liquids bag from my last trip.
