@@ungoyaji2012 Little bit of food Control + 150 minutes of walking per week ( means I walk 30 minutes 5 days per week ) , helped me to loose a little bit. RD fitness unlimited is a good RU-vid channel to refer for exercises for fat persons ( I consider myself fat with 93 Kg and 5.7 Hieght 😀) I was 105 before two months and 93 now. Obviously it's not big cut I know, still I'm happy that me not following any crash diet fad For the food part, Avoid sugars & fries Control Rice intake if you are a rice eater Eat dinner before 08:00 PM Drink enough water ( refer Internet for fluid intake measurement) ALL THE BEST & STAY HEALTHY
