Quick, to the point, another great tutorial. I am launching a RU-vid channel in a few months and I am inspired to do the same. The carbon fiber on this thing must be a game changer. I've got the Insta360 extra long carbon fiber selfie stick and it makes all the difference, makes sense this tripod would be super helpful too.
Designed for video, but curious how wobbly that thing is when trying to pan with a relatively small rig on it, like a a7siii with matte box, vmount battery, rails etc.
Have you used the zero f38 with fluid head addition for video work? If so how would you compare that vs this? Especially when considering the money you save getting this vs the zero f38 with fluid head addition.
From what I can tell that only works on flat surfaces. as soon as you’re on some uneven terrain You’re gonna need a tripod. If you want something that’s versatile and high-quality This is a great option. I would like to get the StandPLUS for studio work.
Can you do a long term review on this? I had a monopod with carbon fiber and similar locking mechanism for the leg. It was great until the locking mechanism failed and could not be fixed. So my preference is a clamping mechanism versus twisting.
Sooperb video. Thanks for this quick and short video. What eiditng software are u using if I can ask please? Liked the animation for those quarter turn holes u did. Would love to know what eiditing software r u using?
Thanks! I use Final Cut Pro. Those animations are a plugin called mTutorial. you can learn more in this video - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pMIXzuUgPu4.htmlsi=9WxFlGFCbrK9RpV6
So, what happens when you want to lower the tripod with the camera still on the video head? Do you have to lift the whole tripod up to twist the bottom of the leg?
This looks like more of an advertisement than a neutral review. Why are you just reiterating the marketing points, language like "specifically designed for" and other exaggerated phrases instead of giving a balanced take of your experience?
Wow, what an excellent sturdy little tripod! Definitely the next one I'm adding to my kit. Love all the little quality of life aspects. Thanks for the well made video!
