You've been making videos for a while so maybe you've already covered this, but in this video you mentioned HOA's. How prevalent are they in Tulsa? Are they the big annoying type that gives you a citation for putting your trash can out a few hours early? Or are they more simple and just cover gates, paths, and parks maintenance? For CA transplants, there's not many HOA's here. Could be a good topic for its own video.
Thank you! That is a great idea for a video topic. I don’t believe the HOAs around the Tulsa area are like that at all! For the most part they will deal with types of fencing, if you can park a boat or RV, if you can have a shop and what type. Mainly they are dealing with maintenance of pools, playground areas, and the landscaping of common areas.
