The Tunisian tagine, not to be confused with the Moroccan tagine, is a kind of quiche without dough or with a large omelette.
The dish is prepared with eggs, meat (usually chicken or minced veal) or even fish, potatoes, grated cheese, parsley and spices, everything is baked for about 30 minutes
Ingredients
250 g chicken cutlet
potatoes
7 eggs
1 onion
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of cilantro
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
130 g of grated cheese
3 kiri or other spreadable cheeses
