Does airplay work on this if so what do you use? Like chromecast or what if so which one? Because I was askin a different reviewer he said airplay didn’t work because the app doesn’t support airplay, he also said it doesn’t work with chromecast bc it’ll have to pass through the sync box..

I’m having issues connecting and making it sync to my tv. I have a Samsung QN85C and as far as the hdmi cord goes, I don’t know where they need to plug in. Please help!

I seen another review where the LEDs were orange not red, when watching HDR. Dolby vision works as far as I've seen in reviews

You are right, colors do not match well on HDR right now, wich i think could be fixed with an update. for the most part it works well and very good for the price. Its not close to the Hue Sync but the price difference is almost 3x.

with samsung tvs you have an extra box/hub. Does the lytmi basically replace this box? Or do we connect via this?

You need both. From source(s) (PC/console) to Neo box (to process the signal) to Samsung TV box

Hi ive got a samsung neo 8k qled tv too that comes with connect one box exactly like yours. im having issue connecting to neo 3. i've changed it to 2.4Ghz but its still not responding. my connections on the connect one box is hdmi port 1 and output on the neo 3. ive tried everything and it doesnt sync, lights on but doesnt sycn to the tv. im starting to think its the internet connection. does it have to be static IP or can it be dynamic in 2.4Ghz

Mine is dynamic IP on 2.4Ghz, what is the content you are trying to sync coming from? I think they mention it on the manual, only Sony and another brand that I forgot will sync normal TV content. For me, I can only sync HDMI input like Apple TV, PS5, etc. Not smart TV content from Samsung itself like Netflix or BBC iPlayer.

I recently purchased this product and have installed it today. Everything works except my PS5. I can't get a picture or signal to the TV passing through the box. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Is there a setting I have to change on the PS5 for it to work correctly?

Hi Phil, check Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode on the PS5 (ALLM), I believe those features are not supporte, from memory that's in the manual somewhere. Didn't cause a problem for me as I don't game competitively but check those settings and see it if helps.

@Alex Gear & Tech thank you, just tried all that but it also doesn't work. I've seen other comments with similar issues on other video. I waited over one month for delivery as well. Definitely not worth the money and I'd recommend anyone reading to avoid purchase.

If you're installing this on a 55" TV you won't be able to leave a 3cm gap from the edges.. I have the previous version on a 50" TV and I had to be creative to put the light strips on my TV because it's too long naturally.
