Hello, so they are meant to be seasonal. 90 day use etc. They are waterproof, weatherproof however all lights in general should be taken down in extreme weather - low, lows, high, highs... these are fairy cables, not commercial thick gauage.

Yes, they are outdoor use. I use electrical tape on all my xmas lights to make sure the transformer is sealed tight in my extension cord outside (i’ll make a video for this) - I like this added layer of protection and haven’t had any issues but yes, they are meant for outdoors. Also, be aware that most christmas lights are not meant for low, lows and high, highs.. all christmas lights i’ve ever purchased have had 90 day use on them- so just be aware of how you’re using them. There is online chat available 24/7 and tech always responds that way. Emails have a slower response time during the busy season for obvious reasons and this is still a small business so there is no 1-800 # call center.

Thats actually a feature coming next year, however like anything, the more you add to it the more the price goes up because they technology in these bulbs is extreme rare and complicated and expensive. They are luxury lights.

@@jojopitt Thank you Jonida! I never saw a chat option but will look again. My lights arrived quicker than expected considering they came across the country from Massachusetts and I have to say, I love them. They are a true warm white and look identical to incandescent bulbs, and their twinkle (I stretched out over a chair and some items around it to test them) is very soothing. I got 300 lights over 2 strands and I haven’t yet decided if I’ll use all of them and nothing else, or if I’ll pair them with a set of incandescent mini white solid lights (or classic C7 bulbs for that matter). I think I’ll combine these and solid white or possibly just use these. I also didn’t expect there to be a one-year warranty so thank you for that as well. I’ll post a video of my lights spread out a bit so people can get a sense of them not being bunched up. I think the effect of twinkling even slightly slower will happen when spread out some distance in tree which would be a nice option as well!
