disc upfront is a must when tuning the jog, cause off the fragile original forks. ALSO! when getting disc upfront and tuning thing heavily you should reinforce the frame. The frame is so thin and gets bend easely if you dont prevent it. Love the build though! cant wait too see more
100% disk swap it, the difference is SO worth it. All of my Vino's are disk swapped and makes them much nicer to rip on. Little heavier front end when your done, honestly helps keep the front end feeling more planted
Disc front end would be sick bro! One my jogs has a disc front end and it’s cool but I would say it adds weight up in the front end..which would probably be better for in your favor though
i run the 90 90 10 on my vino and it got rid of the yasuni rubbing on the ground. no shock mod needed. i beleive they are the same chassis. just changed the back tire . the kickstand still works if u leave stock size front
should've ordered a disk brake headset since you're converting your new plastics in my country that jog are called jog artistic spec and that ventilated kick cover came from jog 90cc scooters
The jog is looking fire after you got eu spec headlight would be sick with a digital speedo from koso the first gen white one is sick or the red 2gen red one is sick as well
Hello Mopboyz. I'm big fan of your vids and your content. I've been watching a lot of your tuning vids and i got my first bike. It's a 2013 Piaggio Liberty 125cc 4 stroke. I love it and everything about it is good, but there is a small issue. My variator is a little bit old (11yrs) and it still runs good but it makes a strange sound when going from a stop. Now i want to buy Malossi's "Multivar 2000 Variator" and it's compatible with my bike. I wanted to ask you do I need to change the crancshaft before puting the new variator or I can just switch the variator? I hope that you can help me. Keep up the good content.😁

Just put a stage 6 pro mk2 on my 08 Zuma with a Dellorto 17mm and it absolutely rips, 26g total roller weight, 110 main jet Also got the c16 yasuni exhaust but had to remove kickstand, have any solutions for a kickstand?

Yo I’ve got same as u have. I’ve recently changed my taillights which I “ve got off eBay everything works it just donest flash when I turn signals on. Wonder if batterry problem or relay cause my starter stayed not working since I’ve changed it to a japanaedese style tail lights
Try a 2fast 100 setup on it! And race you Honda stroker with it. My 2fast 100 on OEM horizontal short case mounted on a 1987 jog frame does1.69sec 60ft 0-60mph in 3.7sec 4.77sec 0-68mph 4.90sec 330ft. Haven't ran the whole 8th because I'm still tuning but hoping to see mid 7's.
@@MOPBOYZ I see these videos of people in Taiwan with the hondas going low 7's in the 8th but all the hondas i see over here aren't nowhere near that fast.

As a swede I'm really surprised that scooters are a thing in america, considering u can drive cars at 16. Though you guys are really missing out on not having the yamaha aerox, possibly the best scooter to tune, gonna build one myself with a polini evolution 3 70cc, should push somewhere about 21hp.

do you know why my china with minarelli hor copy with 70cc streetrace, new stock crank and a 24mm pwk and is unrestricted only does like 50kmh or 31mph? thanks and the gearing is like any normal scooter
could be a ton of different issues , low compression etc. or something simple. i’d start with checking belt slipping or clutch slipping etc then go from there
