Hey any chance you doing or recommending a uv light with a link or a brand or even redoing this type of video,Big Fan nice channel,I have used filterbuy. Look to be good products. Thanks
Didn’t really show us how to connect and what terminal? Can you redo video explaining where are you connecting. I don’t feel comfortable filing nowhere near coils
You can't buy from Goodman without a license anyway. I'm beginning to feel like he is a helper essentially, documenting his growth of knowledge. Finding a ton of info people really need to know that's not touched on, tools called wrong names, a micrometer isn't a micron gauge, 24v has nothing to do with polarity being able to be reversed and still operate... That's due to it being AC not DC and a UV light doesn't filter, it sanitizes.
Are there any concerns with the coil dripping water on the bulb? Would you recommend using 2 lights for a "N" coil? one for each V? Also, do you recommend a uv light for the fan blower? Thanks!
I was wondering if there were any concerns holding the product in front of your face as you shoot a video. Oh yeah! Almost forgot I was driving! Man, little Timmy sure was a spry little kid, he barely jumped out of the way 😅. Today's gonna be a great day!
The UVC light waves hammer and burst/kill bacteria and viruses which propagate within the wet areas of the coil, specifically the condensate drain pan. If you understand how this works, then you can make a good choice on the install. All one need do is make the light available to all the coil surface areas. The light will also reflect into and through the coil fins. If this means using two lights, then add two lights. We have installed these systems on large industrial chilled water and DX coils, and they always get installed on the side of the coil where the condensate drain pan is visible.
So if I went up into my attic and see an ultra light emitting from my furnace, is it safe to say I have one that was installed? I’m trying to figure out if I have one or not. My house was built in 2010
